The Hunger Games: Skyes story *completed*

The train

When I head onto the train, I don't look back. I know that once I get on that train there's no turning back. Or rather there's no turning back period. I go to my room, sit down on the bed, and bury my face into my hands. Im never going to win this. Cato has more of a chance than I do. I suck it up and head out and into the dining cart.
"So where's our mentor?" I ask Cato
"She should be here soon..." He says back
Then Enobaria walks in and flashes her teeth at us.
"Fierce!" I almost yell
Then the food is served. Her sharp pointy teeth are biting into the food and tearing it to pieces. We talk about training strategies and then she shoos us to bed.
~flashback~
Im im the town square with my mom and dad. My dad is arguing with a peacekeeper.
"ASSEMBLE THE FIRING SQUAD!" I hear one of them yell.
Two of them tackle my dad. I run. I hear the gunshots go off as my feet are hitting the pavement of victors village. I quickly scan the houses and try to remember which one is Enobaria's house. I find it and frantically pound on her door. "ENOBARIA!" I scream until I can't breathe. She comes out of the door and sees the state that im in. Brutus comes out of his house followed by a few other victors.
"Aishi?" Brutus says.
Enobaria looks at him. "Skye? What's wrong?!"
"P-peace k-keepers assemb-bled the f-firing sq-squad. They k-killed m-my d-dad!" I cry out. Brutus looks at Enobaria and she nods. He runs off
"Wh-where is he g-going?" I ask
"To get Cato." She says and hugs me tight.
I break down crying even more.
In the distance i see Cato and Brutus coming up the hill to Victors Village. Enobaria lets go of me and I take off at the speed of light towards Cato. He embraces me in a hug and i start crying even more.
"Everything will be okay. I promise."
Then another gun goes off and a woman's scream can be heard. Cato picks me up and we run into Enobaria's house to calm me down. Nothing's working.
~end of flashback~
I wake up screaming from that awful dream. Cato and Enobaria come running in.
"Skye? You okay?" Enobaria asks
"No...I had a terrible dream about the day when my parents defied the Capitol."
Cato looks at Enobaria and then she leaves. Cato walks over to me and holds me in his muscular arms. I look out the window and shriek. It's the Capitol.
Cato and I look at each other and prepare to get off the train and into our living quarters.
