Austin's POV

I slowly dragged my feet to the lodge to hear Chris yell "Look everyone its Austin!"

Everybody on my team started cheering even as I walked over to Duncan's side and laid my head on his lap.

"Oh I also have have a surprise for Austi-" Chris said as the door was kicked in.

"Whatcha know no good micthes!" the girl yelled.

"Zelda! You are to loud. I'm tryin to sleep." I said with a glare.

Everybody had started to leave so DJ dragged me into a glass box with a gym floor. I mumbled the vampire fire song song as we entered the room.

"Wake us up and it will be the last thing you'll ever do." Duncan and I said sneering before we passed out.

A stick jabbed me in the nose before I grabbed it snapping it into toothpicks.

"Who did it?" I said glaring as I grabbed a ball, throwing it towards Courtney's face.

The ball slammed into the glass and cracked it, as steam came off the ball. Zelda grabbed me and pulled me out of the glass box, as I yelled curses in Irish.

"Girly, you need to chill the anger bombs." Zelda said as she drug me to my mom, who was in an amazing house out of the camp's view.

"I told Chris to let you sleep in a little longer. You always have gotten cranky when you didn't get enough sleep." She said.

"Everyone would say that he is playing favorites. Also, they poked me in the nose with a stick." I said as she nodded.

She walked me over to a small couch and I laid down, falling asleep again. When I woke up, Zelda was gone home and my mom sent me back to the camp. She kissed my forehead, before she ruffled my hair.

Before I left, I grabbed super glue and pulled out my phone.

Text conversation
A: Hey, Duncan. I need you to get over to this huge house about twenty feet behind the camp. Bring green food coloring and hurry.

D: Alright, I'm on the way. Also, what are you planning Missy?

A: You will see once you get here.

He showed up ten minutes later, and we put the dye in what we guessed was Chris's shampoo container and the glue on the flat iron, before we left laughing loudly.

I also found out that because of Noah not playing at all and instead reading, my team lost the challenge and they kicked him off. Which sucks because he was pretty damn funny, but was just so sarcastic.

"Austin Lee Marie Angel Cross!! Duncan James Hartwell!! You two are in so much trouble!! Where are you?!" my mother roared from Chris's area.

Our faces paled as we looked at each other and I felt my hands shake. The last time I pissed my mom off, I had to clean the horses pen for two weeks straight. Now most of you are thinking, what's so bad about that, right? Yeah, think about it when you have seven horses and get back to me.

"Hon, what did y'all do?" Lashawna asked.

"Well we kinda put super glue on a flat iron and green food dye in what we thought was Chris's shampoo. Though now we understand that they were my mom's -" I started just to get cut off by my mother's roar of anger.

"Austin!!!! Duncan!!!! Where are you two?!!?!" She screamed as we paled.

Me and Duncan both looked at each other and screamed "RUN LIKE LITTLE GIRLS!!!!" as we took off.
