Chapter 17

(Aleeha's POV)

*The Next Day*

Oh God, here we go. Emily had called another group meeting, but this time it wasn't just the girls. All the boys were here too, Niall, Louis,Harry,Liam and most importantly,Zayn.

The boys seemed perfectly at ease, not a care in the world. I wonder if they've ever had group meetings like this, probably. Everyone was here and already chatting, Louis with Shaina, Brianna and Liam, Cassie and Niall who seemed to be having an intense conversation. I bet it's about that news story. Zayn strolled over to me,looking flawless as always.

"Hey Aleeha,you look great." He said as he hugged me. I giggled and said, "you don't look so bad yourself." We both smiled at each other and stayed that way for a minute.

"Okay guys, it's time we start talking." Emily said. Of course she starts it. "Uh, if this is about the news story I swear we didn't even know there were paps there!" Cassie said. Niall stood beside her and put a hand on her waist, "it's true! I swear Emily, I've had experience with paps before and I didn't see them outside."

"I know guys, it's just that paps are the problem! If we all start dating it will be like a free buffet of stories for them!" Emily said. "Why does that even matter?!" I exclaimed. "If we want to date each other we can Emily! I can tell you like Harry so just get over yourself!"

Emily's jaw dropped and she looked at Harry, who seemed equally surprised. "I'm just so done with all of this right now!" I said.

"Wait Aleeha, why are you even fighting about this?" Zayn asked. I gave him a look, did he not get this? Or did he just not want to date me?? Without saying anything I left. Behind me I heard Cassie mutter, "this is what makes us girls,we don't stick together because we put our love first."

Emily sighed, "That's a Lana Del Rey song, Cassie" And that's the last thing I heard before I slammed the door behind me.
