Chapter 3

I trot with Jacob back to the house and the memories start to come back to me. I sometimes wish that I didn't forget everything about the loop but it has always happened. I am lucky that I have Jacob though, he always seems to find me whether it be after the hollow gasts decide to come for a visit or I want to go for a walk forgetting the boundaries. I walk into the house to see everyone at the dinner table. I watch as Claire slowly turns around feeling embarrassed. Miss Peregrine stands up and yells at me where have you been! I say that my peculiarity took over. My power, if you would, is that I can remember everything very distinctly from anytime period but, I forget everything when I leave the loop. Miss Peregrine tells me I need to be more cautious, and that if that happens again she won't send Jacob.
