Lost- Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children

Chapter 4

After Miss Peregrine yelled at me I went outside; I didn't feel like sitting down and eating with everyone. I watch the clouds in the sky while Millard creeps up on me scaring the crap out of me. After I scold him for scaring me, he sits down next to me. He begins asking me why I always seem to get lost. Being new and finding this new loop I expected these questions to come up. I begin to tell him my story how I was born in 1331. I mention how when I was small I was born to a peculiar family. He was shocked that both of my parents were peculiar and all of my 4 siblings. I told him how my parents raised me in a small loop with my family and two others on the west border of Norway. My parents were the origin of my peculiarity and we were all able to recall anything from the past, but as soon as we left the loop we forgot everything. All of my siblings were slaughtered outside the loop by hollow gasts thanks to our "gift".
