Is This My Fault?

Zane POV-

I woke up to the sound of screaming and yelling. My gears raced in my chest as I noticed that Cole wasn't here with me. I pushed my upper body up and off the bed, I felt my arms lightly clank, shaking from the loud swears. I enhanced my hearing and was able to indentify the two voices. Cole and ....Nya? Come to think of it, I haven't heard from her.. since the incident. I coward a bit at that thought and heard the yelling increasing in volume. I pushed the black covers off of me and swung my legs over the side of the bed and scooted out. My metal feet hit the cold wooden floor. I walked over to the door and opened it peering over at the light coming from the end of the hall.

Nyas room.

I saw Lloyds door open and his head poke out of his room. He looked down in disappoint and closed the door. I walked down the hall, the sound of screaming made the wooden planks creak in fright.
I heard a loud smack. Then silence followed right after. My eyes widen

Did he really... slap...Nya?!

I ran quickly down the rest of the way and skidded to a stop at the door. I look to see Cole moving his arm in the air his hand in a tight fist and Nya cowering with her hands over her head. I bolted quickly and grabbed his arm. I was shaking and I was shaking bad. Cole stopped, but didn't turn to look at me for quite awhile. He finally turned and saw my face.
I was terrified. I looked deep into his eyes and all I saw was pure hatred. My eyes widen.

" Go back to bed"

He growled out. I shake my head violently not wanting to leave him alone. It takes him awhile but he responds, coldly

"Go back to bed NOW I will deal with this"

I slightly gasp and let my hand slip off of his arm. I take a step back then turn and run to my room. But stop half way to be greeted with Jay.
Jay looked concerned and upset.
"I'm sorry you have to see this" he looked down in guilt. Lloyd came up behind me and hugged me. We heard Kais door open and saw him walk up to us. He had an emotionless expression. He glanced a look at me then went to the doorway of the room watching from there. We decide to follow Kais lead and do the same. We watch as Nya packs her stuff quickly and stuffs it in her bright red suitcase and walk out. Bumping Coles shoulder before she walks out. She shoots Kai a dirty glare and walks out with her head high and her nose in the clouds. Cole turns to all of us, Kai sighs and walks away back to his room, and Lloyd follows. Jay walks up to Cole says something and walks back to room. I feel my heart fall as everything finally comes to play. I feel tears evolve in my eyes. I walk up to Cole and grab his hand. His warm hands fall into my cold hands. I look down at our hands, tears rolling down my face. I hear him gasp and I feel his strong arms wrap around me.
"This i-is all m-my fault"

I feel him shake his head and hold me tighter, my body trembling. "No its not its hers, she was the one to trick us its not your fault" I still feel a sense of guilt panging at my chest. "Don't fry your pretty smart brain over this its ok" I nod and chuckle.

"Ok"
