A step foward

||Dannys POV||
Arins been acting strange lately. He avoids me a lot now, I don't know why.. And every time I have a conversation with him he try's to end the conversation as quick as possible. He sleeps further away from me now. I chose to stay quiet though, I respected his personal space.

I was relaxing on the couch watching TV, I hadn't seen Arin throughout the whole afternoon. Me being the curious person I am, I got up and started looking for him. I took my time, checking in the rooms slowly. Maybe he was in the shower? But I didn't hear and water running... I checked in various rooms, but I just couldn't find him any where! I started getting a little nervous. What if something had happened to him, I'm still a little messed up about what happened not too long ago so of course I was gonna get like this. He was probably doing something so of course, me respecting his privacy and all, I went back to watching TV again.

The sun started to set and I decided to look for Arin again. I had not checked outside so I went out in the front, of course he wasn't there so I went to the backyard. My backyard was pretty big so I looked around searching for him. Soon enough, I had seen some of his beautiful soft hair that I loved so much peeking out from a certain area in my backyard, I chuckled and walked over to him.

"Hey Arin what are you do-"

What I had seen shocked me.
He had a cigarette in his mouth, two empty packs on the floor. He turns to look at me, shock in his eyes.

"Arin! What are you doing?!"

I grabbed the cigarette and threw it on the ground, stepping on it to burn out the flame.

"L-leave me alone Daniel... I don't wanna talk about it"

He got up and was about to walk into the house until I grabbed his arm and pulled him close to me.

"What's. Wrong."

He blushes and tears start rolling down his face. He pulls himself out of my arms and runs off. I chase after him, the sun had fully setted by now so it was dark.

"Arin!!! Where are you?! Just come talk to me!!"

I run into the street, my eyes darting around the place wondering where he could be. Then suddenly a voice rings in my head.

~Go to the park~

Of course, the park when we had our first fight. I sprinted down the street looking for the park. There it is. I run to the park looking under the slide, the last time where he was, but he was not there. I look, this time tears rolling down my eyes.

"Arin!! Please come talk to me! Why are you avoiding me? Why are you hurting me like this?!"

I kneel down... I had finally broke, my true feelings, flooding out like a waterfall. I hear some rustling in the bushes, but I ignore it. Suddenly I feel warm hands on my cheek. So warm. This person lifts up my head and I see that it's Arin, my sweet love look at me with his beautiful eyes, shining in the precious moonlight.

"I'm so sorry Danny"

His words... So soft. I cupped his cheeks also.

"Arin my love, please tell me what's wrong. Why are you avoiding me? Why are you doing this to my heart? Please tell me"

He looks at me, tears shimmering. He stays quiet for a few minutes, which felt like eternity. But I let him take his time. I hug him tight.

"Arin... Is it me?"

My voice shakes, scared to hear the answer.

"N-no it's not that.... I've been so stressed out Danny, so stressed out that it made me depressed... I started smoking to just relax, I don't know why I turned to smoking, it just felt like the easiest choice at the time."

I cut him off and kiss him. When I do this he crys harder.

"Just tell me my love."

"..."

"Danny.......
...
...
...
I want to have a child..."
