Chapter 6

Meanwhile, Pan's sword suddenly flies outta his hand! "Shocked? Meet my saviour Voodoo Man! My crew caught that darn croc & carried it to a shack when we docked at the island of Paw-paw. This man got me outta the beast's belly using his supernatural powers & I thought he & his powers would be a gr8 addition to the crew!" the beastly captain boasts, grinning & flashing his disgusting rotten teeth. "Pity he couldn't give u ur hand back!" Peter smartly snatches away a distracted Hook's sword & uses it to stab him! Unfortunately, he's soon healed by the Voodoo Man & they're soon overpowered & tossed off! "The sharks will devour 'em!" Hook smirks. "Get us outta this darned place, Voodoo Man!" the captain orders. Voodoo Man uses his powers to open a portal into which the ship vanishes! Meanwhile, our heroes (& heroines) swim ashore safely.    "The kids!! Oh, no! They're hiding aboard the ship! " David exclaims, suddenly realising that they're missing. A distraught David sinks to his knees in the sand. Jeannette consoles him as he buries his head in her lap & sobs. "I was supposed to take care of 'em!" he blames himself. "Don't cry. We'll find 'em & get 'em back somehow." she assures, running her fingers through his ruffled-up hair. "Find 'em! Of course! How could I forget?!" he suddenly jumps up, suddenly remembering something...something that might help him in rescuing the kids!
