~9~

You shut your eyes anticipating the impact of the wall.When you opened your eyes you were back in that same pitch black room. You mother's hand was still intertwined with yours.

"Rosa! We don't have all the time in the world!"

A woman in white robes with long dark satin hair appeared out of thin air. You thought you would be used to this by now by clearly you weren't. She smiled at your shocked expression.

"Ah, it feels good to finally meet my, pronipote!" She said while trapping you into a bear hug. You smiled while assuming that she was your great grandmother considering she was calling you her great-granddaughter. You returned her hug with the same force. She cupped your cheeks and started to pinch them.

"She is so beautiful! How long I have waited for this day. She is so much like me! You did an amazing job raising this child, Lucia." She said to your mother while still pinching your cheeks. You heard your mother clear her throat and the two of you turned around and looked at her.

"As much that I love that [Your Name] is meeting her, bisnonna ... we have work to do." She walked over to another spot and she snapped her fingers. A whole obstacle course appeared; as well some brutes and guards.

"Now we are going to teach you how to survive."

~~~~~~~~
You were leaning against a wall gasping and wheezing. They both glared at you for you to be quiet. You watched as they both climbing up the wall. You attempt to climb, but you failed and fell again. You grew tired of failing. It shouldn't be so damn hard to climb up a wall. You backed up and gave yourself a running start. You closed your eyes as you started to run. When you opened your eyes you were face to face to smiling faces.
"Good Job. Now that you have that small little wall conquered. We want you to scale up that wall and leap of faith into the water and kill your two targets over there, and you will do it until you get it right. " Your mother said. But your great grandmother corrected her.
"We just want you to climb up that building and leap of faith from it into that haystack." You smiled gratefully knowing that you didn't have as much to do. But you were still quite nervous considering that you have never leap off of a building before and you hoped that you would never have too. You felt a hand makes it way onto your shoulder. You looked behind you.
"Don't worry, tesoro, you'll be fine. I would make sure that we never push you too much." She said with a reassuring smile. You took in a deep breath as you looked up towards the building.
Dio mi aiuta!
{Translation: God Help Me!}
You looked at them both and they shook they're heading showing that they were serious.
Here goes nothing. You thought as you started to run towards the building.
Standing at the top of the building, you looked down while gulping at the land below. Just doing one thing wrong and it's SPLAT! You tried to back up, but you heard a voice behind you.
"If you don't do it I will push you down myself." Your mother said while looking at you.
"Trust yourself. If you jump and miss you won't died but you'll be in some pain because we are not in reality." She said placing a hand shoulder. You thought it was a sweet gesture but really a second later you felt yourself falling through the air.
CHE MADRE?!
[Translation: WHAT THE HELL MOTHER?!]
You landed into a pile of hay obviously pissed when you got out of it.
"Che cosa era quello?! Potrei avere scopata atterrato male o ho rotto una gamba! Ho pensato che le madri fossero supponessero per proteggere i loro bambini!" You yelled. Your madre and bisnonna were double over laughing at you.
{Translation: What the hell was that?! I could have landed wrong or broken a leg! I thought mothers were supposed to protect their children!}
"She has a horrible temper like her father! I don't know, I think that will work to her advantage. " They were both talking to one another while you stood there scared and pissed.
"That will be enough for tonight. We will see you tomorrow night. So don't do  too much, Va Bene?" You mother said looking at you. You nodded your head still mad at the both of them. Your grandmother waved and smiled at you before she disappeared soon after that. Your mother brought you into a hug and kissed you on top of your head.
" You will see later on that I'm doing the best for you. But not your just too stubborn and naive to see it."
With those final words, you felt the same feeling of you falling through the air.
