When you opened your eyes you looked around to see Firenze. You rose an eyebrow in confusion and looked at your bisnonna.
"Welcome to Firenze, 388 years ago!" She said while smiling. She grabbed your hand and pulled you through the crowd. You were absolutely stunned. How in the hell was she able to bring you back 388 years. So all of those things from those books weren't myths. You were in awe from all of the things that you saw. You weren't going to lie you were quite scared while she pulled you through the crowds. She was giggling and smiling the entire time. You felt her hand slip out of yours as she disappeared into the crowd. You looked around to see where she went, but you didn't see anything. You groaned and you went to run your hand through your hair, but instead you hand slid across cloth, being puzzled you looked down to see yourself in your mother's robes. A smile formed on your face as you continued to examine them. Your attention was stolen when you heard an eagle from above. Soon after that screams and pleas were coming from the side from you. You pushed through the people while they were going away from the danger you were heading towards it. You stopped dead in your tracks and examine the dead body underneath you. You noticed that his neck had the same symbol that your father wore. You stop feeling uneasy about it knowing it was one of them. You continued to observe the body when you noticed that his throat was sliced, that spoke volumes. You remember that your mother was lecturing you about ways to kill, and the most common way was kill is to simply slice your victim's throat.
"Assassina!" You looked over your shoulder to see a group of sprinting over to your direction. You hurried and ran away from the scene and made your way to the nearest road. You constantly looked behind you trying to see if you had lost them yet. But, sadly you hadn't. You sprinted into an alley and became faced with a dead end.
'Merda!' You whispered.
You spun around on your heels ready to run, but you saw that they had cornered you. You had two options here...fight, or climb. You chose something that you had been working on the most as you started to scale the nearest wall. You grabbed a corner of a window as you were about to reach for the next thing, you felt a piercing pain through your hand.
'Cazzo!' You growled while you looked at your hand. Anyone with eyes could tell that you were about to fall. You landed on the ground at the feet of the guards. One of them grabbed you roughly by your arm and picked you up. You looked up in fear at the towering figure.
'Oof-' You felt the wind being knocked out of you while you landed on the ground again. You remember something that your mother said to you.
'They attack when you're down or preoccupied. Use that to your advantage and take them down!' Damn, it sounded like she was actually speaking to you.
You looked up at him with his sword over his head ready to strike. You kicked him in the stomach with all you had and got up and disarmed him. You used the sword to cut the arrow in your hand in half and removed it from your hand roughly while cursing.
You looked up and got to ready to fight. Messed up hand or not. You ran up to one of them kicked him behind his leg sending him down to kneeling on his knees. You slid the sword across his neck while breaking his skin. Some of his blood manage to splatter on your face, but for right now, you didn't care. Another one came charging at you. You instantly threw the dead guard at him sending him to the ground. Throughout the fight, you were mostly blocking and make sure not to get pierced by a sword. The last one was quite larger to you. He had gotten the best of you a few times. You saw him running towards you. Your back was near the wall. You saw a lantern hanging and you got an idea.
'I hope this works.'
When he was close you jumped and grabbed the lantern and swung yourself around which resulted with him on the ground with the sword you were using piercing through his back.
You heard someone clapping slowly. You turned around to see none other than your bisnonna and Ezio Auditore.
You then felt that horrible pain again in your hand.
"Where the hell did you go?! I could have been killed!" You snarled. You were already crossed as it was. But it didn't help that your hand was pierced through clean.
"You were right, she does have a temper." He whispered to your bisnonna. That didn't help that he was already judging you from what she said. Usually, you would of bit your tongue but you couldn't do it.
"Sono quello con un carattere scopante! E questo sta venendo da quello di cui l'intera eredità provienedalla collera e dalla vendetta! Almeno non sono una certa prostituta guastata- [Your Name] che sia abbastanza." She interrupted you from counting to chew out the man. You looked at her. She just gave that 'Are you going to try to challenge me 'look.
[Translation: I'm the one with a fucking temper! And this is coming from the one whose whole legacy is from rage and revenge! At least I'm not some spoiled whore- [Your Name] that's enough.]
You glared at him as you pushed through with the both of them.
"Where are you going, [Your Name]?" His voice rang through your ears.
"ANYWHERE BUT HERE!" You snapped.
