You were walking home from a long and dull day when your phone buzzed.

2 new messages.

You read the first one

Harry x
Hey Y/N I was wondering if you weren't busy I'm really in need of a friend right now. X

Then the second one

Mum x
Honey your father and I are busy this weekend maybe you could see us next week love you xx

You texted Harry back immediately and told him he could come over.
You then text your mum saying it was okay and that you would see her next week.

Once you got home Harry was sat on the sofa crying in tears.
"Hey Harry are you okay." You asked rushing over to his side to take him into a big hug which he gladly excepted.
"Not too good. I had a shit day and it's all escalated into a bigger problem." You rubbed his back and played with his hair.
"You know now me being here." He began, "is actually the best part of today." You smiled knowing your best friend was happy and that made you happy.
"Y/N would you be my girlfriend I have loved you since the day I met you and it makes me smile how you always try to make everyone happy and I would love to wake up next to you everyday of my life like I did last summer." Harry looked at you and you nodded.
"I would LOVE to!!" You squealed hugging him tighter.
Harry smiled and kissed you hugging you tightly like he was afraid to lose you.
And that's how you helped a friend in need 😉
