"Uh, Behaka, I don't think it's a good idea that you're around me.." Saline sighed rubbing her arm.
"What? Why?" Behaka scoffed folding her arms across her chest.
"Well, everyone just makes fun of me, and I don't want you to be made fun of too. Derrek is probably going to kill me when he sees me, so if I were you I'd go and not talk to me again. Don't get me wrong, of course I'll see you around school, but I don't want to make you deal with the bullying like me." Saline explained.
"Saline, I don't care, you helped me, so I think it's only fai-" Behaka was cut off as Saline rose one of her hands up.
"And I'm trying to protect you from being treated like me. Alright? I'll see you around." Saline pulled her hood of her black hooide back on. She spun on her heels and raced down the hall not to be followed by Behaka.
"Saline!" Behaka sighed, and was about to run after her, but stopped and sighed heavily. She turned the other direction as the loud school bell rung. She hadn't had any classes with Saline, and now that Saline was trying to stay away from her, there's no chance they'd see each other a lot.
"No, I should worry about some girl I met today." Behaka muttered out loud to herself choosing not to worry about Saline any longer.
But questions still filled her mind about the girl's past and what is really going on in this so called school. Something just didn't seem right about the whole situation. Behaka had only encountered Saline before in the hallway and then had her boyfriend stop yelling at her.
Saline's sudden intrest in Behaka's life seemed both frightening and scary once Behaka thought about it. Behaka shook her head trying to get the thoughts out of her mind. She walked into her next class and took a seat toward the back of the room. She heard and unfamiliar voice and glanced up seeing a girl with straight blonde hair and sparkling aqua eyes. She looked as if she resembled a model and took a seat toward the front of the room making a point to glance back and make direct eye contact with Behaka. A smile appeared on the girl's face before she turned back to the teacher who began teaching the class.
Behaka kept an eye on the girl curiously wondering whk she was and why she was going to this little school.
"Hi, I'm Rebecca." A soft voice chimed at the end of class infront of Behaka.
Behaka looked up to see the girl with a hand outstretched to her.
"Behaka.." Behaka took it cautiously optimistic about the girl's actions and what she expected to accomplish.
"Well, I'm new and I just wanted ky introduce myself!" She chirped happily
