Saline gripped her ivy green sweater as she walked into her new school on the first day.
She had movest from Australia only a year before. The majority of her still living family choose to ignore her because of her "relationship" with her own father. She paced he halls keeping to herself. Her short orange covering her golden eyes trying to not make eye contact with anyone else there.
She held onto a thick notebook filled with notes and stories she enjoyed writing in her spare time. She lived by herself in a run-down apartment outside of London. Once she made it out of Australia, her only goal was to get an education and live her own life. She wanted to be as far away from her family and friends as she could. All beacsue of them, she was in this mess.
Saline hung her head low staring at her worn down shoes squeakig against the tile floor. She glanced up to run face first into another girl.
"Hey, watch it!" She snapped stumbling back.
She had gorgeous dark brown hair that resembled chocolate, and Raven black tips.
"Are you deaf or something?" She growled at Saline.
"I-Im sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going. The faults all mine." Saline scrunched up her nose frightened by the girl's rasied voice.
The girl sighed loudly folding her arms below her large chest, compared to Saline's flat chest.
"Just try not to be so ignorant?" She rolled her ice blue eyes picking up the stack of books she dropped.
"Game of thrones? Is it a good series?" Saline asked picking up one of her books for her.
"Yes and don't bend the pages!" She snatched it from Saline running off before the late bell could ring.

What did I even do to you that was so bad? Oh yeah nothing. Saline thought to herself and picked up her pace going to her first period.

Saline didn't pay attention during any of her classes always writing in that notebook of hers. Particularly today, for some reason, she could get the mysterious girl our of her head.

But why couldn't she?
