Chapter 3

~Maddy's POV

I quickly grabbed my phone off my charger on the floor and immediately called another one of my best friends, Ashleigh. Ashleigh quickly answered. "Hey Mad!" "Hey Ash... I have good news and bad news." I started crying a little more. "What?!" "Well Con and I are practically dating now, and we kissed." She nearly busted my eardrum she started panicking while screaming. I could tell she threw her phone down and started screaming her lungs out. After a good 3 minutes she finally picked the phone up. "CON ACTUALLY KISSED YOU AND YOU GUYS ARE DATING NOW? I am freakinggg!" "Calm down Ash! There is some bad news..." I was crying so hard I sounded like a baby elephant. "Are you okay Mad?" "Ashleigh...I am moving to Texas quicker than you can imagine..." "Maddy, don't play with me...are you freaking kidding me. But Connor and me and Madeline..." "Can I come to your house Ash?" "Please do Maddy..." She sounded so emotional. I felt bad. I hung up after a few last tears. I packed my bag and told my mom I was walking to Ashleigh's house. "Okay sweetie! Tell Mrs. Rivera I said hey!" I slammed the door behind me so my mom would know I was very upset. Ashleigh lived pretty close so it took about 5 minutes. I was listening to my music and by the time I got to her driveway, Little Things by One Direction stopped playing. I ran to her door. She must have been watching me because she threw the door open and jumped into my arms. We were crying on each other shoulders. We soon went up to her room. I looked at what she was wearing. She had on white shorts, with a black shirt with a yellow frown face on the front. She also had on some blue polka dot socks on. Her hair was naturally curly so it had many small curls. I threw myself on her pink zebra bed. Her room was clean for once. We started at each other. "So, how are you going to break the news to Connor?" She asked. "Well I thought we could tell him together since we're both really great friends with him." "Maddy. I don't want you to leave. This is going to be hard..." "Ash I promise I will visit every year!" Ashleigh took her white iPhone 5 and pressed Connor's contact. She eyeballed the facetime button. "Go ahead," I said. She finally clicked the button. We both looked like a puffer fish from crying so much. After a few rings he finally answered. "Hey guys!" He was so cute like why... "So Ashleigh did you hear the news about me and Maddy?" He sounded so happy. "Yes I did Con, but can I add some bad news to that?" "Oh...what is it?" Ashleigh looked at me. Say it Ash i whispered. She finally came out and said it. "Maddy is moving to Texas." He looked down at his floor. He said,"Well, I'll call you later girls I have to go...love ya Maddy..." Soon we finally hung up. I just layed there on her bed. This has been a good depressing day...

~Connor's POV

I was a centimeter away from bawling my eyes out. My girl Maddy was moving all the way to Texas... Today was a amazing day up until now. I couldn't help but to tear up a bit. Soon my brother Brandon walked in my room. "I heared you and Madeline Thomas are dating now?" "Yeah we are. Can you please leave." He hopped on my bed. "Dude, seriously leave. I don't want to get into a fight..." After I pushed him a few times he left. He called back, "Something is wrong with you feget!" I slammed my door. I was going to facetime Maddy later. But how should I do that? This is going to be very hard to put up with... I then thought. What about my Youtube collab?! Jc Caylen lived in San Antonio, Texas! He was a huge part of our collab called, Our 2nd Life. I texted Jc and asked if he wanted to meet my new girlfriend. He texted back,"Yeah Connor! So she's moving to San Antonio?" "Yes! I'll tell you about you and then you can meet her!" I replied. I facetimed Ashleigh and Maddy and told Maddy all about how I know Jc! She was actually very happy that she's going to get a friend. But she also looked very very very sad that she had to leave. I was going to see her tomorrow since she was leaving the next day. I needed to get some sleep. I got into my bed and thought about Maddy for a few hours the finally fell asleep.
