Chapter 6

~Maddy's POV

Then...all of a sudden...my phone started ringing to the song #thatPOWER by will.i.am. Jc instantly got startled and he dropped me by accident. "Ow.." I landed on the concrete of the driveway. "Maddy! I'm so sorry! The ringing of your phone scared me!"he said. He reached down to pull me up. "Ow!! I think this arm is broke Jc!"I said. Well I did land on my arm... "I'll take you home then tell your mom what happened. Then she'll take you to the hospital!" He was so caring. But really! On the hard driveway. He put me inside his car and we drove to my house. My mom texted me the address and he used a GPS. It was a very awkward ride, until he turned on the radio. I have only broken my arm twice now. I broke it when I was 8, climbing a tree. Then I fell. It was my right arm so I couldn't write. But this time is my left arm, so I can write. Finally after I was thinking of home and my arm. We got to my new house. It was a small 2 story house. It was painted blue. It had a red door? Omg. We both walked up to the door. Jc wanted to knock when I just barged in. I was so excited to see what the house was going to look like! There was no furniture of course. But the first thing was the living room. It was very big and spacey. It was normal right now because no furniture. I walked to the kitchen. It had black marble counters. An oven, fridge, sink, and cabinets. I guess they came with the house. Before I could look around anymore my mom came up behind me and Jc and hugged me. "Don't you just love our new house!" She said. "MOM! I think I broke my arm! Stop!"I yelled. I wanted to cry, but I held back the tears. The pain shot through my arm as she released me. "Oh no! Are you sure Jc is a good friend? He's going around breaking your arm."she joked. "No ma'am! She uh...she tripped over something in my driveway, and she fell down on her arm. I guess it's my fault for not catching her. I'll pay for her arm."he said. "No I insist Jc! You're very kind, but you don't have to pay for this!" Mom said. "Yes I will!"he said. I'll even take her there." My mom suddenly agreed and Jc and I left my new house and went for the hospital. While we were driving I didn't see who called me. I checked to lock screen and saw Connor's contact name, CON DA BON😍. I just remember me and Connor are still dating. What is wrong with me? We came up to the hospital door and brought me inside. The hospital was freezing inside. We told the people about my arm and we had to sit in the waiting room. The dark green chairs we had to sit in were hard. Then my phone started to ring again. It was Connor. I answered it.

"Hey Connor!" I said.

"Hey Maddy! How ya doing? Is Texas the right place? Did you meet Jc yet?!"he asked

Wow so many questions already...

"Yeah everything is going great! Just like I planned!"I said

Then the nurse walked up to us and we had to walk to our room.

"Connor, I got to go! I'll text ya later!"

I hung up real fast. I didn't want him knowing about my broken arm. He would be concerned and start asking how? Why? When? I didn't feel like being put under the pressure. The nurse did some checks on me and finally said all I needed was a cast. I got an ordinary whitish cast. The very first person to sign it was Jc! He put "Jc" with a little cloud beside it. I loved that he cared for his fans and got a cloud tattoo on his wrist. Jc payed for everything. It was strange because he doesn't even know me much yet. While we were walking back to his car out of the hospital, we saw Caroline across the street in her fancy car. She was sitting in the parking lot of the mall. She started driving our way...

~Jc's POV

I was happy I payed for Maddy's cast, because I practically let that happen. Maddy all of a sudden stopped walking. I looked in her direction. There was Caroline. My girlfriend... I forgot that I was walking close to Maddy with my arm around her. Caroline stopped right in front of us. "Awe, what happened to Maddy while I was gone?" She said firmly. "Uh Caroline! Maddy feel in my driveway and broke her arm...so yeah." I said. She made and evil glare at me. "Hope Maddy feels better.. I will see you tomorrow babe." She drove off while saying. "Well...you want to got over to the mall and go grab some food?"I said. "Sure! But I'll pay!" Maddy said. Ha ha I wasn't going to let her pay. We drove over to the mall. We walked inside. Yes, Maddy has never been to the mall before and seemed amazed? Well, our mall is pretty big. We were walking around and got sort of tired and took a seat by the fountain. "Wow! This fountain has to be about 8 feet!" She said. "Ha, yeah it's pretty deep. I fell in once when I was 10." I said. "Why!!!?"she said. "Well I was on a small field trip and me and this girl were sitting her and we were about to kiss and she pushed me in...yeah never talked to her again.."I said. "Awe poor you."she said. This time we didn't even look in to each others eyes for more than 3 seconds. Maddy and I went straight in for the kiss. Wait what. This has to be a dream. We were only inches away. Soon we were touching lip to lip. Maddy was actually kissing me! Then we stopped. "Jc, I really shouldn't have but...I couldn't stop myself."she said. "That's okay.. I wasn't bad at all."I winked at her. She seemed to be embarrassed a bit. We just sat there awkwardly. I held her hand. She started to loose balance all of a sudden. She fell! She pulled me in with her! We were both standing there soaking wet....
