I almost slapped Rumor in the face when she said she was leaving. Then I could have kissed Zayn when he made her stay.
It had been an awesome yet strange day, having Jace tell Pearl and Stacy to go fuck themselves and them saying 'yeah', having Harry Styles fall on top of me, then having Louis Tomlinson stare at me like I'm the only girl in the world. Then walking home with all of One Direction's phone numbers in my phone, and mine in theirs.
We got to the door of the shop, Rumor's dad is behind the counter.
"I'm closing up early today," he says
"I'm going to sleepover with Jamie, if that's okay with her," Rumor says
"It's fine!" I sing , 'cuz I'm still so happy.
"Something good happened today, I can tell," Rumor's dad says.
"Yes, it did, but we're going down stairs now," Rumor says before I can say something that would annoy Mister Scarburrow.
Just then my phone rings, it's Louis.
"Hello?" I say as we walk down stairs.
"Hello? Is this Jamie?" He asks.
"Yes, it is, is this Louis? I say even though I know it is.
"Yes," he says "I was just wondering, are you single?"
"Y - yes I am, I tell him, which is true.
"Oh- so are you still in sch-" just then Mister Scarburrow cut him off.
"GIRLS- GET UP HERE! I HAVE SOME AMAZING NEWS!"
"Sorry Louis, I have to go."
"Oh, I'll call you later," he says. I hang up my phone, and go upstairs following Rumor.
