~2 Months Later~
I walk into school with no visible bruises. I smile a little, I can now wear short sleeves without worrying about people asking questions.
I'm wearing my Mitch Lucker Memoriam Tee, black jeggings, and black converse.
When I walk into school Jaylene comes up to me and hugs me tightly.
"Oh my gosh! I've missed you so much!" She pulls away and frowns.
I quirk an eyebrow, "I missed you too Jaybird but, why are you upset?"
She frowns even more as we begin to walk to my locker.
"Because...we haven't been hanging out ever since I um..." She trails off looking even sadder than she already was.
"Jaybird, it's okay I'm over it. You didn't mean to. I'm not going to hold that over your head." I reassure her. She's my best friend, I'm not just going to drop her because of one slip up.
She smiles a little and nods her head.
When we get to my locker to get my textbook for Honors English I see a familiar multicolored hair girl walking up to me.
"Hey Mere!"
I smile and open my arms up to tell her I want a hug, "Hey Human Bean."
She enters my arms and we hug for a little. We pull away when we hear someone clearing their throat.
I turn to see Jaylene looking annoyed and her arms crossed.
I scratch the back of my neck and Asia looks down at her neon green converse, "Sorry Jaybird..." I trail off while biting my lip.
"Oh it's alright." She throws an arm around me and kisses my cheek.
I look at Asia to see her pouting and a hint of jealousy in her eyes.
"Getting your book USA? Gotta get you to English and I gotta get to Algebra!" She smiles brightly and pulls me to the direction of my class.
I look back at the multicolored hair girl and yell, "Bye Asia! I'll wait at your-"
Jaylene pulls me harder and walks faster. I furrow my eyebrows and try to keep up with her but damn, she's hurting my arm.
I pull my arm out of her grasp and walk up beside her.
"What the hell Jay? I didn't even finish my damn sentence!" I yell, feeling irritated that she pulled me away from my girlfriend.
"Does it matter," she questions, "I think she knew what you were going to say!"
We make it to my class and I look at Jaylene.
"But why would you pull me away from her? Why would you kiss my cheek with her right in front of us?" I ask, annoyed at her actions.
"USA-"
"Get to class, yeah? Don't wanna be late. And at lunch Asia's sitting with me, or I'll sit with her at her table." I walk in the classroom, leaving a dumbfounded Jaylene outside the door.
