Dan's POV
There I stood, at the entrance to my new school. I was utterly terrified, to put it simply. I peeked in through a window at the front, trying to observe the environment that I'd be stuck in for a few years.
How the hell am I suppose to fit in here? I thought to myself. Everyone here is a prick.
I took a deep breath, then pushed open the doors to the school and stepped inside.
"What's up fag?" A tall, blonde boy came up to me and cornered me in a matter of seconds.
Help.
----------
Phil's POV"Hey Phil!" A few girls called at me while I walked around the halls, trying to locate my locker for this year. I waved, then walked a little further to get to my locker.
Locker 2022
That was the locker my new agenda said, and the one I stood in front of.
Great. Well, this is the locker I will have for my last year here.
The locker was right by the enterance of the school, so I was a little surprised that I didn't find it more easily.
"What's up fag?" I heard someone almost scream. I whipped around to see Thomas Peterson (pretty much the most popular guy in school/biggest bully in the whole school) standing over some kid. Immediately, I dashed over to him.
"Thomas, cut it out. Leave him alone. I will report you to the principal if you don't stop now." I demanded. Thomas turned around and glared at me.
"Whatever, Phil. You don't even know me," he sneered. Then he glanced at the kid. "And you, you won't get this lucky next time, you fucking queer." Thomas glared again, this time at both of us, then left.
----------
Dan's POV"And you, you won't get this lucky next time, you fucking queer." The blonde boy, now known as 'Thomas' spat at me. At this point I'd hid my face behind my light pink sleeves to mask the fact that I was crying. I had also sunk to the floor, too scared to even stand.
"Hey, are you okay? Do you need help up?" Someone asked. I took my sleeves away from my eyes, wiping away my tears quickly, and looked up.
A tall guy with black hair stood before me. He had a few streaks of blue in his fringe, which fell perfectly across his sky blue eyes. He wore a leather jacket with black skinny jeans and black Doc Martens. He had silver snake bite piercings.
He. Was. Hot.
I snapped out of my daze, realising that I was staring and it was super obvious that I was staring.
I stood up quickly and nodded, keeping one sweater paw-ed hand on my backpack strap.
"Y-yeah, I'm okay. Um, t-thanks." I stuttered awkwardly. I felt my cheeks go red as I spoke.
----------
Phil's POVThe kid. He was adorable.
He was about six feet tall, but I was still a couple of inches taller than him. He had brown eyes, the kind where just a glance in your direction could melt your heart. His hair was a shade of brown that shines when you step into the light, and he had it cut so that a bit of fringe laid across his forehead, with a light pink flower crown. He was wearing a light pink jumper over a clean white collared shirt, paired with black skinny jeans and light pink converse. He had a backpack, pastel purple with black leather details.
He was absolutely amazing.I needed to get to know this kid.
"Y-yeah, I'm okay. Um, t-thanks." He stuttered, his slightly tanned face turning a rosy pink colour. He stood up, then began to walk away. This sort of backfired, as he instead tripped and fell onto me. I stumbled back and fell to the ground, the kid falling into my lap.
"Oh, oh my god, I'm so sorry!" He apologized. The kid stood up immediately and put his hand out to help me up. I grabbed it, and pulled myself up.
"It's okay," I said as I dusted myself off. "Hey, what's your name?" I asked him casually.
"I- I'm Dan. What's your name?" The boy, Dan, asked.
"I'm Phil Lester." I replied.
----------
Dan's POV"I'm Phil Lester." The guy introduced himself.
Phil Lester.
"Oh, w-well it's n-nice to meet y-you." I stuttered. There was just something about his eyes, I couldn't drag my attention away from how beautiful they were. I couldn't stop staring.
"You too." Phil responded with a smile. He began to walk away, leaving a feeling of loss in my chest, then turned around quickly.
That makes this a lot easier. I thought to myself. I know I wouldn't be able to go up to him myself.
---------
Phil's POV
"Hey, Dan, um... would you be up for hanging out at lunch today?" I asked as I reapproached him. He was amazing, no denying it. I wanted to get to know him and perhaps be his boyfriend, so I decided that this would be the least awkward way to ask him on a date.
"Um, y-yeah, that w-would be g-great." Dan replied softly.
I really hope it will be.
