Hunter Goes For the Gold

I looked at Hunter's face. He narrowed his eyes towards Mark, even though Mark's back was to him. And then his face softened. And he laughed.

"How..." I stuttered. "HOW is this funny to you?" I yelled at him.

"Oh, nothing..." He managed to say in between laughs. "Just... Just thinking about the way his face will look when I GIVE HIM WHAT HE DESERVES!" He stomped towards the front porch, and Grandpa Akamai, Mark and the other guy all spun around.

"Why, you guys are back!" said Grandfather, but then his gaze settled on Pano Aka, and me standing beside him. "And you had Pano Aka out of the fence?!" He exclaimed. "Sky, Sky! Now, you know much better!"

I walked up onto the porch as my grandfather gestured me forward. "Look, Grandfather, it won't happen again-"

"Sky, Sky. No, no, no. We shan't discuss this this minute. We have matters of higher importance," He sighed, waving his hand at Mark and his blond haired buddy. "I've noticed how you have become attached to Pano Aka in a very short time span. I understand. And I will do everything in my ability to prevent what's coming in the future..."

A/N: There! Bravo! There's a nice cliff hanger. But, I also have something of 'higher importance'. I think about everyone has given up on me, since that 10 month span where I didn't write anything. And I honestly agree with you, that that was crazy, but I had some things come up. So PLEASE try and bear with me on this.
