“Elena what is that?” I ask. She turned around to see what I was talking about. “That’s your way out, Lina…” I look at the mirror, but I was thinking about this place. “Lina, what is it dear?” I look down. “I- I’m going to miss all of you, and…” “You have to go back, everyone is waiting for you.” I got confuse. “What? Who?” I ask. “Your family and friends.” I almost forgot about the real world. “Oh…” I look up, and I notice that Mr. Alexander Puppet, Puppet Mother and Father, Elena, Dane, Adomas, and the Mr. Josh was standing there, waiting for me to go to the real world.
“What are you waiting for, they miss you.” I walk up to the mirror, but the part of me was excited to go back while the half of me wants to stay. I look back for the last time, “Good bye…” They wave, “Good-bye Lina!” I smiled, and walk inside of the mirror. I closed my eyes, but I heard a man’s voice. “And who are you?” I open up my eyes, and I saw my child self, looking up at the Lithuanian Army. “Lina…”
“Well nice to meet you Lina, I’m General Darius, General of the Lithuanian Army. May I ask this, but why are you brave enough to walk up to me like that?” I saw myself just staring at him. “I want to be a leader just like you.” His eyes went wide. “Well, you have to respect your people before you become a leader. Respect your people, and then they will follow you.”
Then the time limit started to change, but the surroundings haven’t; In fact, I saw myself as a sniper, standing in front of a little girl. I told her the same thing as General Darius said to me. The time limit change again, but for the surroundings. I was surrounded by soldiers shooting in the battlefields, and the trees, the fields, and the grass was on fire. I turned around to see where I was, and I saw myself, shooting, out in the fields. “I remembered this place; the battle between Lithuanian Army and the Russian Army.”
Just then, one of the Russian tanks blew up, and I saw myself shoving one of my troops out of the way. Right before I get hit, the time limit changed again, but I saw myself in the hospital. Mother, Father, my three uncles, two of my friends was there, and the doctor was there too. “I’m afraid that she has a coma…” The doctor said. I could see my friends, my parents, and my uncles crying. “Why!” I just stood there watching them. “I remember…I remembered my life now. How it all begun…” Suddenly I started to see a light.
Minutes afterward, I can hear the heart monitor beeping, and I slowly open up my eyes. “SHE’S AWAKE!” I can hear mother yelling. “M-mother, Father…” They ran up to me to hug me. “I-I’m shock, she’s awake!” the doctor yelled. “It’s a miracle!” I could hear Uncle Sebastian shouting. “I don’t understand though, I was with this awful world, and now I’m back home?”
I thought. “You can’t believe this, I even wrote a book about you, Lina!” one of my troops yelled. “But…” I interrupt. “But I got a story that you can publish.” He moves close to me. “Okay?” “First I would like to say something important though.” Everyone stands next to my bed to listen. “In this world, everyone has a world of their own…”
