1st Year in Konoha High School

Part IV

Hinata

Today is Friday and I had such a busy week. We met Temari and her brothers yesterday at the mall and they are not too bad. But it is freaky that Naruto and Garra have very similar pasts. Funny they haven't been friends ever since.

I am on my way to school now and I am walking with my cousin Neji. We live in the same house. Our whole family actually lives in this mansion. But Neji and I are the closest in age when my sister, Hinabi, is the youngest in the family.

Neji and I had rough times and I wasn't accepted in the family as much, but everything is fine now.

When we were on our way to school, Naruto shows up and greets me and Neji. My cousin than gives a glare at him than leaves.

"Uh..." Naruto hesitated "Well I finish my math homework. Can you check it out Hina-chan?"

"Sure, I will in Homeroom." I nodded as we walked to our lockers. We got our stuff for art and headed to Homeroom.

Ino and Sakura greeted me as I sat down. I than saw Sakura talking to Sasuke. It's actually sweet that they are dating now.

Naruto hand me his paper as I brought out my green pen. I can't use red since the teacher checks with that color. I started marking everything. Wrong, wrong, wrong.
I then it handed back to him.

"We need to study more tonight. Come to my place." I demanded as I gave him back his paper. "That reminds me, how is your new apartment going?"

"Oh, it's alright. I still need to unpack, but I probably will do that during this weekend. Probably after that I'll get something to eat. Do you wanna come?" Naruto suggested me.

And of course I am going to accept his offer. "Sure, what place?"

"Any place you want." he smiled. "Does tomorrow at 3 sound good?" He asked me as he put his paper away.

"Sure, but after that we are going to study for math." I pointed out at him.

He gave me a sigh, "Okay..." than he continues, "But I have to stay the night at your house after that. All the stuff I am unpacking will be everywhere in the apartment."

"Fine, but where are you going to sleep. Now that my parents are back from vacation I don't think they will allow you to sleep on the sofa."

"I'll sleep in your room then. It's settled." The bell rang after that and I couldn't squeeze in another word.

I can't believe Naruto is going to sleep in my room tomorrow night. Well I guess I have to make some room for him to sleep on the floor. At Least we will get some studying done.

Right after Homeroom and our classes, we went to lunch. I than sat with the girls on one side while Naruto's friends were on the other.
Sasuke was than sitting next to Sakura and their legs are intertwined. I wish I had someone like that.

Ino made a new friend today and introduced him to everyone. He is actually in our Homeroom. She than started, "Hey this is Sai, he's a little plain but is very artistic."

This guy is exactly like me. Sorta weird. I am not that plain, but I am a little shy. They mean the same thing, right? And we both love art. "Do you draw or make sculptures?" I wondered.

"Mostly drawing. I usually use black ink and add no color." Sai than gave me a smile. His smile doesn't look right. It's missing something, but I ignored it.

We all were talking to our new friend and what he does which is pretty neat. He even told us that he is an orphan like Sasuke and Naruto.

After lunch, we just finished the day with Gym with Guy Sensei.
We're playing dodge ball and all the people in my Homeroom were on my team and we were going against another.

I was in the front with Naruto and Sai and we were trying our best to win.

During the game they're were a few people left. Neck and neck. I wonder who is going to win. Before I could think anymore, I got hit in the head and fell backwards. Everything went black.

Sai

I got hit right after Hinata, leaving Naruto and Sasuke left. I then turned to try and get Hinata up, but she wasn't moving. I hollered to the coach to come and the game was still continuing.

"Go take her to the nurse. Can you pick her up?" Guy Sensei asked as I picked the girl up bridal style.

"Yep, not a problem." I than was running to the nurse to see if she will be alright.

Once we got to Nurse Shizune, she told me to go to the infirmary room and let her rest. She told me she will get up soon.

I sat right next to the bed with her. Looking at her face. She sorta looks pretty. Her Raven hair with her pale skin. Seeing her silky lavender eyes even gave me the goosebumps.

We even have art in common. She seems like a nice girl. I read in a book that if you feel this way you 'fall in love' I don't know what that is suppose to mean, but it does feel like I have butterflies in my stomach.

I then leaned up to her looking at her precious face and than locked my lips with hers.

Right after I leaned back, I saw her eyes open.

"I see your up. That's good." My face started feeling warm.

"Yeah, can I have some privacy?" she asked as she sat up from her bed.

"Sure, no problem." I then went out to go back to Gym.

Hinata

Why the hell did he kiss me? Don't tell me he likes me... I just wanted to be friends with him. This is turning into the Kiba incident all over again. I hope Naruto doesn't ask me to date Sai.

Why does every guy I meet have to fall for me except for the one that I am in love with...
