Running... running... running...

I woke up sweating and gasping for air. Nightmares. I stared down at my hands. My hands where bloody. Very bloody in the nightmare. I shuddered, and shook my head trying to forget the image.

I looked around. I was in a small room that I didn't recognize. What happened? How did I get here?

The last thing I remembered was tidying up the tent and reading the note before a drenched cloth was forced over my mouth. Then it was all dark.

I stood up quickly but, lost my balance, falling on my hands and knees.

"Agh!"

It hurt like hell.

Knock Knock

"Your breakfast is here"

The door opened and a maid in her 20s came in with trays full of food. She set the tray down on the bedside table.

I stared at her and then the food, utterly confused at the situation. Iproceeded to stand up.

She noticed me staring and smiled politely.

 "Don't worry it isn't poisoned."

She laughed softly.

"My lord will see you shortly."

She left without saying another word.

I turned my attention to the trays that contain waffles and a glass of orange juice. My mouth watered. I didn't notice I was hungry until now. I quickly ran and grabbed a waffle and ate it, it was crunchy yet soft and satisfied my hunger.

"Enjoying that?" a husky voice whispered in my ear.

I jumped away and almost choked on the waffle in my mouth.

He chuckled. I turned around to notice his face was really close to mine and his light red eyes paralyzed me. For a moment I couldn't move or breath. I quickly regained my composure and backed away from him bumping into the tray causing it to fall on the floor The  glass of orange juice shattered and spilled all over the floor.

He laughed and put his hands in the pockets of his red skinny jeans. I blushed at my clumsiness, quickly bending down and picking up the pieces of broken glass, putting them onto the tray.

"Tch, clumsiness is a weakness. You're a disappointment, new guy." He frowned in disapproval.

"Who are you?" I asked, glaring at him.

He walked toward the door then turned around and answered, "Red." Then walked out the door.

Red? What kind of a name is that?

This place was weird... what was I even doing here? I need to get out.

Out... where is out? Which way us out? I need to go unnoticed, if I'm spotted what would they do to me?! Probably kill me or torture me. I shook my head, trying to gather my thoughts. Looking around the room I noticed a window but it seemed to be locked tightly. Maybe I should just go through the door?

I walked quietly, praying that it wouldn't be locked. I turned the doorknob as slowly as I could and peeked into the hallway, my heart was pounding. Luckily no one was there. I stepped out into the hallway, looking around. There were five other rooms besides mine. Each door was painted a different color and labeled with the name of the color. I turned to see mine was white, and it was labeled snow.

I suddenly felt a tug on my shirt and turned to see a short boy carrying a pink bunny staring up at me. I froze in shock and wondered how he got here without me hearing him.

"Come with me." He hugged his bunny and skipped to the elevator. I followed him knowing, I didn't have a choice. If I had tried to escape they would find me again.
