"...And don't let Lola ner any dairy products" My dad finished off saying, as he got into his car
"Dad, it's practically welded into my brain. I know she's lactose intollerant" I rolled my eyes
"I'm just telling you to make sure, sweetheart. Ok, i'm going bye" He said, closing the car door and driving off
The twins'll be back from soccer in about 15 minutes. That gives me time to cook something for me and Lola before they get back.
I walked into the warm house and went to check on my sister in her room
"Dad's gone to work so it's just us 2" I told her
"Where's Auntie Becky?"
"Shopping. And the twins'll be home soom" I kissed her forehead "I'll get us something to eat. You just carry on watching spongebob. Okay?"
"Ok, Lexi" She smiled up at me as I left her bedroom and walked to the kitchen.
I made Lola some salad and a carton of orange juice. I made myself a cheese and ham sandwich and a packet of Crisps and a can of pepsi
I took Lola's food up to her and I sat with her watching spongebob squarepants with her while eating my food
"MUM! WE'RE HOME" Luke shouted, and I heard him running up the stairs, so I greeted him at the top of the stairs
"She's gone out, and my dad's at work, so it's just me and Lola" I told the tall blonde haired boy infront of me
"Whatever. bitch" he mumbled, shoving past me and I made my way downstairs
"Alexis, can you help me with my ma-" Liam started off
"No" I said before he finished the dreaded word
"But-"
"No."
"Fine. I'll just fail and blame it on you, then" He mumbled
"What is it?" I asked, sitting opposite him at the table
"Uh.. Mean, Mode and Median" He replied
I practically did the homework for him. I guess 2 years of personal tution did pay off afterall.
"Thanks" He said, going upstairs to have a shower
I went into the living room and sat on he couch, turning to a music channel
"Rubbish" "Stupid" "Annoying" "Hate it" "Annoying" "Just heard that one" I muttered to myself as I flicked through the music channels "YES!" I shouted when I got to a good music channel "BEST SONG EVER!"
Maybe I shouted it a little too loud, because the twins came down with angry faces on
Oops
"Stupid bitch" Luke muttered
"Bellend" I shouted after him as he went back up the stairs
Then the doorbell went. I looked through the peep-hole to see the twin's friend Jake standing at the door
"Shit" I cursed, running upstairs "It's for you"
The twins ran down the stairs as I wen into my room
