ARIANA'S POV

I got out of Jai's car, walking up to the from door. I grabbed the spare key from its hiding place and unlocked it. I walked in and slowly shut it behind me. "Mum, I'm home. I yelled walking into the kitchen. There was a note on the table.

Ariana, if your reading this note and your home safe, please call me on my phone, I'm out looking for you along with some family and friends. We miss you so much sweetie, please stay home, don't leave.
Love mum xx

Tears started running down my face. I quickly ran to the house phone and dialled mum's number. She answered straight away

Mum- Ariana is that you

Me - yes mum I'm home, safe and sound you can come back

Mum - oh thank goodness, don't leave the house I'm on my way home, I love you so much sweetie

Me - I'm not going anywhere and I love you too.

I hung up the phone and waited in the living room. After about 10 minutes mum came running through the door attacking me with hugs, kisses and I love you's. She pulled away from me and told me to come sit at the dining room table. Mum came and sat across from me. "Okay sweetie we need to have a talk" she said seriously. "Where have you been for the past week, why haven't you returned my calls and texts, and why did you leave me here freaking out." She asked tearing up. "I thought I lost you honey" she started crying and so did I. "Well mum, when you were back in Florida, I was thinking about my life and how hard and tiring it is, I'm 19 years old I'm suppose to enjoy my life, and choose my own path, not have someone else make all the decisions for me. I decided to leave all that behind for a week just to feel free." I wiped my tears away. "But Ariana, you never complained about anything before, why the sudden change" my mother asked me. "I didn't want to make you feel bad or hurt." I replied. "I mean it's just that everyday I'm doing something different whether it's cheerleading, going to university, netball, tennis or gymnastics, I'm always so worn out and tired, I just can't take it anymore mum, I need to live like a free person, I'm practically an adult." I replied being serious. "And you think running away without giving me any information about where you are is the right thing to be doing" she asked getting an angry tone. "You should have spoken to me about it" she said. "What's the point it's not like you were going to just let me stop doing everything" I said slightly mad. "I need a job and a house and a boyfriend" I said Standing up. "Sweetie please sit down" she asked softly. "Honey anything could have happened to you, you could have been killed" she said gently. "I'm sorry mum" I replied quietly staring at the floor. "Just go upstairs to your room, I need to find a punishment for you" I rolled my eyes and headed upstairs . I jumped onto my bed hiding my face into my pillow feeling sad. Before tears could come rushing down my cheeks, I heard my phone buzz from my back pocket. Jai had texted me.

Jai - hey baby how did it go with your mum

Me - horrible, she's planning my punishment

Jai - I feel so bad, you shouldn't be punished I kidnapped you not the other way around

Me - it's okay Jai, I don't mind I guess. I just miss you

Jai - I miss you too baby girl but everything's gonna be okay, I promise.

Me - I sure hope so, love you

Jai - I love you too baby

I decided to text Lexi and Christie to let them know that I was home safe and sound.

(To Lexi) Me - hey Lexi, I'm home and I'm sorry about not answering your call or texts, I've had a crazy week and I can't wait to tell you about it

(To Christie) Me - hey girl I'm home and I miss you can't wait to see you and tell you everything

From Lexi - oh my goodness thank god your okay, and I'm coming over tonight I miss you and can't wait to hear about your week xx

Me - love you Lexi see you tonight

From Christie- thank goodness I was so worried about you I'll come over tomorrow and you can explain to me where the hell you've been the past week. Love you xx

Me - love you too, see you tomorrow

I put my phone on charge and laid in bed waiting for my mum to tell me dinner was ready.

JAI'S POV

I sped away from Ariana's house holding onto the wheel so tight my hands were as white as snow. I felt like I was gonna cry, I missed her already. The fact that I wasn't gonna see her all day everyday was killing me. When I arrived at my house I walked inside with sore hands from griping the wheel too tight. "Hey boys" I yelled walking into the living room where they were all watching TV. Daniel handed me a beer and I sat next to him and Luke. "Yeah" they all said. "Michael and his guys are all dead, we're getting the money from our boss." I smiled and so did they. "Oh by the way" James started. "Some guy called earlier and said to keep a close eye on your girl. I asked who it was but they just hang up." He explained. "Oh my fucking God, who wants my girl now" I clenched my jaw and my hands. "No body is fucking taking her from me." I walked upstairs and punched a wall in my room before grabbing my phone and texting her. She's mine and I'm not loosing her, not after I only just got her. She can't get hurt and I'm gonna make sure it never happens. I thought to myself.
