ARIANA'S POV

I walked through the gates of my uni and headed for the auditorium. Today was the day that I was performing the song with my group. Aaron, Jones, Lexi, and Christie were with me and I was singing only girl in the world. Jai was coming to see me perform it and I'm singing it to him, he doesn't know it though. "Ariana" Amber yelled. I turned around and she came up to my face. "Hey Amber what's up" I asked smiling. She rolled her eyes and gave me a cold look. "Are you okay Amber what's the problem" I gently asked. "You,'your the problem" I was shocked that one of my best friends was hating on me. "You lied to me Ariana what kind of best friend does that" she asked in disgust. "You told me during cheerleading practice that you were going home because your mum didn't want you doing cheerleading that day, and you weren't even at home" she yelled. I didn't know what to say, I lied because it was easier than telling her I was dating Americas most wanted criminal and Amber is a very protective friend she would never let me be with him. "Amber I don't know what your talking about" I lied. "Yesterday after the break Laura, Madison, Rachael and Sarah decided to leave before the second half just like you so I decide to leave as well, I thought about going to your house and giving you your cheerleading outfit back cause you left it there, but you weren't there which means you lied to me." She explained "okay okay, I lied and I'm sorry, I just didn't want my mum to know where I really was." I confessed. "And where were you" she crossed her arms and looked just like my mother when she did that. "I went to the mall and brought her a birthday present and I didn't want her knowing." She looked sorry. "Oh sorry for over reacting I get it, it would ruin the surprise" she said hugging me. "Okay let's promise to never lie to each other ever again." I said. "Yes" we had another hug then went back stage. "Okay Ariana's group, your up first." My teacher said motioning is to the stage. "Okay guys lets do this" we walked on stage and I started singing to the music

When the song finished, everyone stood up and cheered so loudly for us. "Thank you" I said before we left the stage. "Oh my god you killed it" Jai said coming up and hugging me. "Aww thanks" I smiled. "I honestly didn't know you could sing like that, your incredible" James said kissing my cheek. "Thanks Guys" "I gotta go now baby, but I'll see you later" he gave me one last kiss. "Oh wait, come to my house at 6, I'll sneak out" I said. "Sure babe, ill see you later" lucky Amber was on stage and she didn't see Jai.

"Thank you so much" I heard Amber say as she came towards me giving me the biggest hug. "Great job you were so good" I congratulated her. "Me, what about you miss, oh my god you were incredible, I've never heard anyone sing as good as you" she gave me another tight squeeze. "Aww thank you so much Amber, it means so much." I started tearing up. "Oh Ari don't cry" she said squeezing me. "I'm sorry for crying I'm just proud of myself for singing in front of that many people, I've never sang in front of anyone before and you saying that just means so much to me, your the best Amber" "oh no your the best Ari, come on let's go and get a drink and some food you look really hungry and you need to keep that throat healthy with some water. I felt a vibration Coming from my phone. It was from Luke.

Luke - oh my fucking god Ari, what was that, I never knew you could sing like that, I'm so proud of you and Jai is too, he can't stop talking about how incredible you are, anyway love you and see you later. love Luke

Me - aww thank you so much Luke that means so much, it was my first time singing in front of anyone and It felt amazing, anyway see you later love you.

I saw Ariana smiling while she was texting someone named Luke. Hmm I wonder who that it but there is definitely something going on with Ariana, she's different, she never use to lie and her song choice, that was obviously meant for someone, I could tell by the way she was smiling on stage and that boy that came up and hugged her, I didn't see much but I've never seen him before, unless he is her cousin or something.
