"Banna, I'm scared." I said quietly while outside the hospital that Jasmine was inside of. That poor girl...
"Why?"
"I don't know... there's just something about his whole thing that's unsettling." I shivered.
"Look, nothing bad will happen. I promise." she assured me.
"I hope so..." I shyly looked down as we walked inside the hospital together.
She held pink roses in her hand for Jasmine. I don't know how she knew, but Brianna knew it was Jasmine's favorite flower. We waited in the depressing lobby of the hospital. People were crying, screaming out of sadness, and angry for whatever their reason was. Then there was that small majority of people that were happy. The small majority never lasted in the hospital for long. They always left to share their joy with the world, while everyone else stays inside the depressing hospital, rotting their heart away. I've always hated hospitals. It creeps me out... makes me feel like something bad is bound to happen. Like death or pain awaits me the second I walk through the door. I hate it...
"Darian?" Brianna waved her handss in front of my face, trying to get my attention.
"Yeah?" I said, blinking a bit, trying to snap out of my deep thought.
"Did you hear what I said?" I questioned with suspicion all over her face.
"Was I suppose to?" I ran my fingers through my hair in stressed way.
"Yes." she groaned.
"Well, what did you say?"
"I said that the front office lady said we can go in her room. It's room 96, and we have to be careful and not too loud. It would disturb her."
"Oh... well then let's go."

"Jasmine...?" Brianna tried to wake her quietly.
She fluttered her eyes open and they locked on my and my best friend. She gave a weak, faint smile then looked up at the ceiling and just stared. I felt so bad for her...
"Jasmine, we got you some flowers." Brianna said softly.
Jasmine simply nodded and continue to stare at the ceiling. There were many tubes hooked up inside of her, and lots of monitors beeping all around her, keeping her alive. This truly was a depressing sight.
"Jasmine... we need to know what happened. What happened on that hike? What attacked you?" I asked softly.
Her eyes widened and she looked me dead in the eyes. Tears started to fall, but she made no sound. Each blink she did, more tears fell.
"B... b... b-b... bri...." she tried to speak. Me and Brianna leaned in closer, trying to figure out what she was trying to tell us.
"What is it Jasmine?" Brianna asked even more softly than before.
"B-B... Bri... "
"Brianna?" I asked Jasmine.
She nodded her head and looked at Brianna. Brianna's eyes widened and she pointed at herself.
"Me?"
Jasmine nodded.
"What about me?"
Jasmine looked towards the door, then back at Brianna, then back at the door. It took a while for us to understand, but then we understood.
"You want me to leave?" Brianna practically shouted.
Jasmine nodded.
"But... but..."
