Ethan's POV
Chase and I ran after her, I was running so fast that I wasn't really aware of my surroundings.
"Van!! Where are you?" I shouted.
"Ethan!!!!" She yelled back.
"I'm coming for you!" I shouted.
"No you're not." I hear a faint whisper behind me.
Before I knew it, there was a rag over my mouth and I was out.
*Time skip to the morning*
I woke up in the same spot I was in last night, dirt was all over me. I got up and found a note, it was Vanessa's handwriting.
Ethan,
Im sorry I brought you into this whole mess, I never wanted any of this to happen to you or Chase. I promise I'm out of your life for good and I won't be back, I know what distress I've brought to you and your family and I hate myself for it. I don't know where I'm going or if I will even be a live by the time you read this but, I love you.

Oh no, she's gone.
"Why?" I said quietly to myself.
"Because it was for the best." I hear behind me.
I turned around to see my dad, what did he know about this?
"Dad? What are you doing here?" I said putting the note in my pocket.
"Just come with me, your mother is going to kill me for doing this." He said as he started to walk out of the woods.
I followed him with my head down, I knew I was in for it now. He stopped walking but I just kept my head down as I stood there with him, he pulled my head up. I looked and saw Chase in a small RV, he had a smile on his face.
"Look, I'm allowing you to go with him to go and find Grayson, Blaire and Vanessa." He said.
"I want you to call me everyday so I know where you are and how you guys are doing. Please stay safe, I'll explain this whole mess you your mom."
"Thank you dad. I promise I will get them back." I said as I hugged him.
"I love you Ethan, now go and get them back." He said.
"I love you to dad."
I ran to the RV and sat down, Chase sat in the drivers seat and started driving. This is going to be one awesome adventure.
