Chapter 2
Mattie's POV
I couldn't wait to get to bed. I was soo tired. I wasn't sure about staying at Catherine's house without her parents knowing.... it felt weird but as long as I could sleep I thought I was fine.
I never told anyone this but ever since Ryan and Riley started going out I was secretly jealous of Riley. I have had a crush on Ryan since 3rd grade when he invited me to sit next to him. Of course my silly little crush ended as soon as they started dating...... well kinda.
Anyway we were at Cat's house and it was getting dark. But I could tell something was wrong with Em. I was getting really worried about her.
Each of us trudged up to her room. All looking sluggish. "I call the bed!" I shouted in case there was arguing but by the looks of their faces I can tell there wasn't going to be.
In 5 minutes we were all in bed me and Emma on the bed and Cat and Ri on the floor. We all said goodnight ready for a good night's sleep.
