The next day I visited the gym again. Well actually the same day, since I had gone at midnight. I had to get back to my normal standard. I'm planning on entering a tournament soon, and I had to be ready in the next two months. The competition this year would be a lot harder. It seemed everyone had grown stronger than ever. Then there was me. I made a mistake, and became a weak little girl. I needed and had to change that.
"You again?" Came the same voice from yesterday.
I didn't respond. I just continued to punch the punching bag.
"You know, you're in the wrong stance right?
I glance down at my feet. Damn. He was right. They were both together. Not staggered like they are meant to be. I sighed before dragging my right foot forward.
"Good girl. Will you stop for a moment?"
Something clicked in my head. That voice. It sounded so familiar. My mind flashed back to yesterday night, before I came to the gym. It was him who had pulled me into him yesterday. I turned around to look at him. It seemed that he had just taken notice as well.
