Part 12

It has been 4 days since that incident. Fab 5 was broken and so as manik. Nandani started hating him even a single thought about him annoy her now. It was the day of her mehendi only two days are left in the wedding.
All the ladies are sitting around her and applying henna on her hands. Even after trying her best manik's thought is not leaving her mind.
Nandani's POV
I want to talk to him i mean how can he just away from his friends. I know they are his life i dont know woh kaisa hoga abhi aiyappa plz take care of him.
After what he did still nandani is praying for him. Finally nandani noticed cabir and signalled him to come near her. She whispered in his ears
Nandani: manik ka kuch pata chala
Cabir: he is not answering any phone calls
Nandani: do one thing muje yahan se sirf 5 minutes ke liye bahar leke chalo
Cabir: why
Nandani: do what i am saying
Cabir nodded and went towards the waiter and whispered something in his ears. Her henna was yet incomplete but all the ladies started dancing and soon nandani was dragged and the same waiter came and spoiled her dress.
Cabir: idiot what you did
Cabir placed hand around nandani's shoulder and pressed it. Nandani instantly looked at him and he blinked his eyes. She understood its his plan to sneak out of here. She excused herself and went inside the washroom followed by cabir and alya because of the incomplete mehendi.
Nandani: alya mere phone se manik ka number dial karo
Alya dialed his number and placed it on her ear.
As manik noticed his call he quickly answered it.
Nandani: manik kya hua tum meri shadi pe nhi aarhe hai i mean aaj meri mehendi hai and you are not here yet
Manik: main kyun aaunga
Nandani: kyun aaunga matlab its my wedding manik tumne kitna wait kiya hai or else i should say tum dekh nhi paoge meri shadi
Manik: what rubbish i dont care tum kuch bhi karo
Nandani: acha so why you are not here i am waiting come soon
She hung up. Cabir smiled at her
Cabir: you very well know han kaise handle karna hai manik ko
Nandani: hurt his ego and he will agree aajayega 15 minutes mein
Alya and cabir nodded in disbelief. They left nandani also cleaned the stain in few minutes and she was back to continue her mehendi.
She was dancing, singing and old ladies were feeding sweets to her at times.
Girl who was drawing mehendi asked her
Girl: aapke husband ka naam
She was about to answer when she saw manik entering the hall and his eyes were swollen she noticed a broken manik she just mummered "manik" and the girl thought that her husband's name is manik. She wrote manik. While, nandani was lost in his eyes. Their eyes were lock. A lone tear escaped from her eyes. Their trance was broke by dhruv's mother's scream
DM : what you did nandani ke husband ka naam manik nhi dhruv hai
Nandani quickly transfered her gaze on her henna.
DM : tumhein pata bhi hai ye kitna badha upshaghun hai
The girl didnt got a single chance to defend herself soon other ladies started shouting on her.
Nandani tried to handle the matter.
Nandani: aunty koi baat nhi i will wash it 
She walked towards the washroom and obviously manik followed her. She was standing near the mirror and was looking at the henna and his name.
Nandani: i wish meri destiny mein yehi hota why aiyappa why you are doing this i am trying my best to move on and still you are not allowing me
She said crying her heart out. She was crying badly. Manik walked it. He wiped her tears slowly with his fingers giving goosebumps to her. Their eyes were met and their lips were inches apart and a knock. Alya screamed from outside
Alya: nandani are you okay i mean i know its not easy but
Nandani interrupted her
Nandani: i am fine alya gimme sometime
Alya was about to leave when someone dragged her in to the corner behind the pillar. She was about to scream when dhruv placed his hand on her mouth.
Dhruv: dont shout its me i just want to check your mehendi
Alya nodded and he losed the girp. Alya showed her hands and dhruv kissed his name.
Dhruv: my name look so perfect her.
Alya was blushing. Dhruv started kissing her on her bare shoulders and back. But alya jerked him and ran away.
While on the other side as alya left.
Nandani: so how you are feeling i mean meri shadi hai manik my dream
Manik: i am happy for you
Nandani: i thought tum sad hoge i mean the physical benefits you were getting for me
Before she can complete manik placed his finger on her lips and pinned her on the wall.
Manik: dont instigate me to do something which i dont want to do
Nandani: i dont care manik
Manik pressed his arms tightly
Manik: so you really dont care
Nandani: no coz i hate you Mr. Manik Malhotra sab pareshan the thats why i called you
Manik loosed the grip
Manik: muje laga
Nandani: i know but in your dreams i am not that cute nandani anymore
She said all this making an eye contact.
Manik was stunned this nandani was seriously a different one.
Before he can react she jerked him and left.
She was dancing, laughing and enjoying. Manik was noticing all this helplessly. He lost everything. He was trying to talk to his friends which were not responding him.
