Days passed by miserably on the day of the burial of Tommy's father, Ron Ratliff.
During the burial, Tommy and Adam were looking really miserable, especially Tommy. They watched as his people buried the funeral in the grave.
After the burial : Soon, everybody had left the graveyard except for Tommy, who was still looking down at his father's grave. Adam seized the opportunity to comfort him as much effort as he can.
He hugged Tommy from behind." I'm so sorry for your father,"
" Me too ,"
Adam turned Tommy so that Tommy is facing him," Tommy, cheer up, ok? C'mon. I know you're sad about it but whenever I see my beloved in pain, I feel sad too,"
Adam spread his arms widely," C'mon,honey. You need a hug."
Tommy stared at Adam and turned back at his father's grave," To be honest with you, I love my father more than my mum. That's why whenever the person I love left me, I feel worthless."
Tommy wiped a tear and turned to Adam," Especially you,Adam. If you were gone, I feel so empty inside of me. I never want to leave you,Adam." he said as he pulled Adam into a hug and started whimpering again.
Tommy whispered into Adam's ear," I love you,Adam,"
Adam hugged Tommy tighter," I love you more,honey," He kissed Tommy's hair.
Soon, they pulled away. They held hands while strolling around," Hey,Adam. Can I stay with you for the night?"
" What are you talkin' about? You can stay with me as long as you want, sweetheart,"
They spent the night taking a stroll around the park. Soon, the sound of Tommy yawning could be heard. Adam giggled," Looks like somebody's tired.."
Tommy rubbed his eyes," Yeah, I'm exhausted. Can we go home now?"
Adam smiled." Rest your head on my chest,"
Tommy did what Adam told him. They walked slowly so that Tommy wouldn't trip. Unfortunately, along the way, Tommy's eyes closed and he fell into a deep sleep. Adam was forced to carry him back home then...
