Discriminated

Chapter 7 : Part 2

Fur started growing all over Drake's body. Within seconds, Drake turned into a huge dog; a werewolf. He started growling ferociously at Adam with his bloody red eyes, getting ready to pounce on him.

       Panic seized Adam at that time because he didn't know what to do..Drake growled even louder and quickly leaped on Adam in a flash. His body size was so big and heavy that Adam was shoved to the floor. Adam yelled in agony as Drake's claws started piercing through Adam's skin. He scratched Adam's neck and body, leaving all kinds of marks and bruises.

        Adam groaned in pain as he tried to push Drake off of him. No matter how hard he tries, Drake still remains at where he is positioned. Drake growled vigourously and started mauling on Adam. By then, Adam's skin was tattered and unstable. Blood gushed out and slithered down Adam's body, staining the ceramic floor.

       Adam yelped in pain. Warm, red blood on Drake's teeth dripped on Adam's face. He stared into Drake's bloody red eyes and felt something numbing his body.

     Drake immediately bite Adam's neck but Adam's eyes turned yellow in a flash and he kicked Drake off of him with great force and he was flung on the wall. His body hits the ground with a loud thud.   

     Adam ignored his injuries and got up to his feet. He scowled at Drake, who is limping toward him.

    " Drake, what's got into you?" Adam uttered.

   Drake gazed into Adam's eyes. Adam could see the Drake's eyes changing colours: From red, to yellow,and blue, then kept repeating again.

  Once Drake had regain his energy, he gave Adam the intention that he was about to pounce on him again.

  Adam felt the excruciating pain in his stomach and held it tightly..At that moment, Drake seized tjhe opportunity to strike again.

  He shot a close aiming at where he wanted to leap at Adam. Without hesitation, he made his move. Adam used his right hand to block his attacks but someone hit Drake off of Adam right when he was nearly getting hurt.

   Adam fell to the ground and hit hard on his back..He turned to see Tommy holding a metal bar with a thread of blood at the tip of it.

   Adam muttered, " Tommy...."

     Tommy turned to Adam slowly and smiled at him, " I'll never leave you,Adam,"

         Suddenly, Adam saw the shadow of Drake behind Tommy on the wall. Drake growled fiercely at Tommy and pounced on him.

           Adam's eyes grew wide as he yelled, " Tommy!!!"

     It was too late. Tommy was bitten at the side of his neck while blood gushed out of his skin...He let out a low moan before collapsing on the ground with Drake still holding the grip on him.

       Adam was enraged with fury. He got up to his feet and yanked the metal bar from Tommy hand and immediately smacked Drake with all his might to get him off of Tommy.. " Get off him, you bastard!"

       He hit him as many times as he could until Drake loosen the grip and fled. Adam dropped the metal bar on the floor and let it clank on the floor.. He rushed to Tommy's aid and kneeled at him.

       " Tommy,"

  Tommy slowly looked at Adam and tried to smile. Adam whimpered, " I'm truly sorry,Tommy. I failed to save you,"

      Tommy closed his eyes slowly and smiled, " That's alright. At least I know that you are safe," He whispered.

      " What is wrong with you,Tommy? I told you to stay put at my house! I told you I can protect myself but why didn't you listen to me?"

      Tommy muttered, "You didin't answer my call earlier. I was getting worried." He said as he cuddled on Adam. " Let me just sleep here...."

      Adam stroked Tommy's blonde hair with his fingers. " Tommy, are you sure you're okay? "

  Tommy remained silent. Adam noticed that his heartbeat was beating after every 5 seconds. He  panicked. " Tommy? Wake up, I don't think you're okay.."

   Still, nothing happened.  Adam had no choice but to carry him to the nearest hospital located.
