He Accepts Me!

Nii-chan followed me through my secret training grounds that I made myself. As in, I destroyed it by making it. Not making sense? I didn't think so.

"So what are we doing today, dattebayo!?!" Naruto-nii asked excitedly.

"We are going to be learning chakra control." I told him.

"Huh? But sis, we already learned everything about catra!" Naruto-nii explained.

I grew a vein in my head and hit him on the back, making him fall to the ground. I looked down at Naruto-nii who was sprawled out like a starfish and groaning in pain.

"It's chakra Naruto-nii. We definitely need to work on your training." I told him in a professional tone.

"What's up with you and being all uptight now, dattebayo? You're usually more, uh, loose when not training. You change, kinda." Naruto-nii tried explaining, getting up from the ground.

I gave him a sad smile and patted the spot beside me after sitting on the ground. Nii-chan obliged and sat next to me, looking like a little kid waiting for his bedtime story. Only It wasn't going to be a happily ever after.

"Nii-chan, I know you're older than me, but I seem to be a bit more, um, experienced than you. We were never told this in the academy, or we just didn't pay attention, but the world is a lot darker than you think. Ninja kill and innocent people die every day. And us ninja try our best to protect them, but other bad ninja will try to kill us. We have become ninja, but it will only get harder from here." I explained in a motherly tone. "What I'm asking of you is if you can try to be serious in training. You don't have to be serious all the time, but I beg you to be when you're training. Please."

Naruto looks into my pleading eyes and sees the desperation in them. With a stone-faced expression, he nodded his head and stands up. I smiled at my nii-chan. He always knew when I was kidding or when I wasn't.

"Okay," I said casually, "We are going to be learning about chakra right now. What things do you know about chakra?" I asked.

"Um, it's the spiritual and physical energy ninja rely on to create jutsus and other things. You use chakra by using hand signs." Naruto-nii said, thinking about our time at the academy.

"Well, that's a way to dumb it down a little, but yes. Chakra is used to help ninja create jutsus. I won't go into a super informational speech, because I know you won't listen. But, I want you to balance you're spiritual energy and physical energy. Balancing those two will create more concentrated jutsus. Example."

I did a series of hand signs and put my fingers near my mouth.

"Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique!" I blew outward and a giant fireball blew up a clearing of trees 6 meters in diameter. It wasn't my best, but I didn't want to burn my training grounds to ashes just yet.

I looked over to Naruto-nii to see his jaw dropped to the ground. His eyes were wide and in shock as if he had just seen a ghost, and he gets super scared whenever I mention ghosts.

"H-How did you do that, dattebayo!?!" Naruto exclaimed.

"Get used to it nii-chan. And that wasn't even my strong ones." I said.

He calmed down from his outburst and went back to being serious.

"Okay, I didn't learn full chakra control over night. It will probably take you a couple tries." I told nii-chan.

I went over to a tall tree that was, somehow, still living. I threw a kunai at Naruto-nii's feet and pointed to the top of the tree.

"Okay, I want you to climb this tree," I started, getting a confused face from nii-chan, "with no hands." I finished.
