We were approaching the Star Destroyer undetected and we docked. Kanan, Zeb, Sabine and I entered the first tunnel and they were telling Zeb to not leave without everyone this time when I felt Ezra's presence just before he dropped down from the vents wearing a cadet's helmet, and Zeb punched him in the face. That's when I got mad and punched him in the face and knocked him over.
"Woah!" he said as he got up.
"Like I said, do NOT mess with me or Ezra," I said just as some troopers rounded a corner. Ezra threw the helmet at them and the rest of us opened fire. We ran toward the ship and we all got on safely.
We all went into the cockpit as Ezra told us that they were taking the Wookie's to the Spice Mines of Kessel. We jumped to hyperspace and got to the mines. We shot a few Stormtroopers with the Ghost and jumped out onto the platform. Ezra snuck around to the Wookie's and undid their shackles. They started turning on the troopers. Then some TIE's came and the Ghost had to move off. And guess what reinforcements arrived. Kanan said they were running a 22 pick-up. Ezra asked to let him in on the secret to which Kanan replied;
"Kid, I'm about to let everyone in on the secret."
He started walking out of our cover and put two parts together and activated his lightsaber. I was debating two thoughts in my mind when Ezra running away from where everyone else was going, jolted me out of my thoughts.
"EZRA!" I yelled and ran after him to see he was going after a baby Wookie. He jumped over the trooper and tried to get the kids shackles off. I ran to help him but I sensed Agent Kallus behind us so I turned my blaster around and ignited the aqua, light blue, pink and blue blade then I get in the stance Master Yoda and Master Kenobi taught me.
"Two apprentices and a Jedi? Even rarer find," Kallus said and I growled.
"More like two Jedi and an apprentice," I say through gritted teeth.
Just then the Ghost comes and I deactivate my lightsaber, then Force push the agent off the platform and get ready to jump on board the ship. The three of us jump, me using the Force, and land on the ship. We go inside and drop off the Wookie's to their planet and head back to Lothal. And as usual Ezra steels something this time it's Kanan's lightsaber. I stay away from everyone and when we land on Lothal, I say bye to the crew and run to the tower with Ezra. We climb up and open the door, that's when he takes out the lightsaber.
"Ezra you should not have taken Kanan's light..." I get cut off as I feel Kanan's presence behind us. Ezra and Kanan have a conversation like I'm not even here then Kanan says something that gets my attention.
"You can give it back and come with us, come with me and be trained in the ways of the Force."
Ezra says he needs some time to think about it and about 10 minutes later he goes down to the Ghost to give back the lightsaber. I follow him even though I wasn't invited to join the crew. Ezra gives the lightsaber back to Kanan and I ask to speak with him. Alone.
"Kanan, I know you didn't invite me but would you still have me on the crew. I can help train Ezra and everything. Please?" I ask.
"Only if you tell me everything you can about your past," he says and I motion for him to sit down on the bed.
"Okay I'll start at the beginning. When I was 3 the Empire hunted my family down and we had to flee. My parents gave me to a kind family with a farm but the farm got destroyed when the Empire needed the land, so we went to live in Tarkintown. Then when I was five Master Kenobi found me and trained me till I was 10. Then he took me to Master Yoda and he finished my training when I was 15. I got a ship and flew it back here and met Ezra. Then on my 16th birthday Master Yoda contacted me through the Force and told me that Ezra was a crucial part in the defeat of the Empire. So I swore to protect him no matter what and started to slowly introduce him to the Force, although I only got to teach him a little bit of the ways. I started by telling him about the Jedi and got no more done since we met you guys," I finished telling him the shortened version of the story and he let me stay. He also told me that I would be bunking with Sabine and told me to go find her and get her to show me around the ship.
So that's exactly what I did.
