Let your guard down. Let people in. Let people get to know the real
you. Allow yourself to fall in love. Allow yourself to fall out if love. Allow
yourself to feel, because that's what you were born to do. You, as a human
being, were born to feel. It's clear you only want to protect yourself from
being hurt again but, let me tell you, a lonely life is a miserable life. You'll
probably get hurt multiple times before you find your soulmate, but
trust me it's worth it. Finding your soulmate, the person you're really
destined to be with, is worth however many heartbreaks you experienced
before finding this person. Keeping your guard up may protect you from
getting hurt, but it also eliminates the chance of finding someone that
can make you truly happy. You cannot truly be living until you allow
yourself to feel the same emotions that you are supposed to feel. Allow
