Ariel shivered from the cold as she pulled her thin sweater tighter around her frail body, although she knew it wouldn't be much help.

It was supposed to be a simple hunt, a salt and burn, but driving down, the nasty weather and Deans' crazy driving caused the Impala to slide off the road and hit a tree.
Ariel was knocked unconscious by a blow to the head, and Sam and Dean were nowhere to be found, as well as The Impala, or what was left of it.

The blizzard intensified as Ariel got closer and closer to what she assumed was Lawrence.
She was about ready to give up, but the bright lights of a diner caught her attention.

As she pushed the heavy glass door open, she saw a familiar cream-colored trenchcoat seated at a table across the diner.
Ariel forced a smile as Castiels icy blue eyes met hers. He smiled as well, but his smile faded when he saw the condition she was in.
He immediately stood up, quickly pushing through the small line up to greet her.

"Ariel.... what-" He stopped, catching her as she collapsed into his arms.
"Please, talk to me." He said softly, guiding her back to his table and setting her on the bench across from him. "What happened to you?" He looked at her with much concern.
"It-it was supposed to be a simple case....." Ariel trailed off, slipping out of consciousness. "The Impala.... it slid off the road.... I don't know what happened....." she looked up at Castiel, sadness filled her green eyes.

"We need to get you home." Castiel stated boldly, picking her up and cradling her against his chest.
"Wh-what are you doing?" Ariel said weakly.
Castiel simply shushed her, disappearing.

The two appeared in front of Bobbys', which was hurled into a blizzard frenzy. It was one of the worst winters they had ever had.
Castiel knocked loudly on the door, and almost immediately, Bobby answered, forcing a smile when he saw Castiel, but it dropped when he saw the little Ariel cradled against his chest, pale, cold and unresponsive.
"Jesus, what did ya' idjits do?" He chuckled as Castiel stepped into the house.
"Something happened, Dean and Sam are missing." Cas stated simply.
"Bring her in here." Bobby said, leading Castiel into another room, indicating the green couch across the small room.
Cas layed the small girl on the couch, turning to face Bobby.
"What can we do now?" He said blankly, tilting his head slightly.
"Get her warmed up, ask her what happened, but for now, all we can do is wait."
