Alice's P.O.V

"Mum, dad I'm home!" I called as I entered the house. Ella and Jessica had went home after we hanged out at the park for a bit. As I made my way up the stairs to my room, the fact that Cara is no longer my best friend anymore started to sink in. Once I got to my room I just sat on my bed staring at the wall. No I'm not going to cry over losing a stupid friend I told my self as my eyes got watery, We were best friends since kindergarten  and we knew everything about each other so don't judge. Well I thought we knew everything about each other. "Hey why do you look so down?" Jacob said coming into my room with an apple disrupting my thoughts. "And where's my Iron-man DVD" he continued going through my shelf of DVD's which mostly consisted of disney movies. "I don't have your DVD" I said blankly with no expression. "Okay, But seriously why are you so sad" He said sitting next to me on my bed. "You really want to know?" I questioned hoping that he would say no. "Yes" he said getting bored. "Fine Cara broke up with me" I told him feeling sad. "broke up with you? what do you mean?" he asked holding back a chuckle. "She left me, she just said that she never wanted to be friends with me and said that I'm embarrassing to be around" I said with watery eyes again. What he did next caught me off guard, He hugged me! Now I know your probably thinking what's wrong with a hug well if you forgot. He hates me! But he has been nicer since he moved in so he doesn't hate me anymore? this is confusing. Once he let go he awkwardly said bye and left my room.

I went down stairs to heat up some leftover noodles as dinner for me, Jacob and Luke. Once I finished I went upstairs to give Jacob his noodles and came down stairs two give Luke his and eat mine when I saw Luke doing some thing. "Whatcha doing?" I asked Luke. He had all these papers spread out across the table. "Nothing!" he said quickly covering the papers. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a card on the table. "Is that a card?" I asked taking a step towards him. "Card? Oh! that card um, ha ha ha that's not a card it's um a-a- Drawing! Yeah a drawing, and you can't see it!" he said lying badly. "Luke, you just admitted that it was a card before you said that it was a drawing" I said correcting him. "And, who's it for?" I said eager to know. "You'll never get it out of me!" he said grabbing the card an making a run for it. But thanks to my quick reflexes I got a hold of his arm before he could get away. "You can trust me I won't tell, so who's it for?" I asked again.  "Fine, there's a girl in my class called Eleanor and she said that she liked my shirt yesterday so I'm making a card for her, and she's really nice" He said blushing a little. "Oooooh does someone here have a crush?" I teased him. "No! I just like her as a friend not in the kissy boyfriend girlfriend way" he said making a disgusted face. "Okay, Okay" I said teasingly as I started to eat  my noodles. He so has a crush.

"You're just a little bit out of my limit, It's been two years now  you haven't even seen the best of me and in my mind now I've been over this a thousand times, but it's almost over, let's start over!" I sang singing along to 5sos's Out Of My Limit that was blasting from my old speakers into my room. I really need to get new ones. "Can you turn it down?!" Jacob shouted over the music coming in my room. "Fine" I said turning it down. "What is it?".  "Well seeing how you were all mopey dopey sad earlier I being the nice guy I am bought us tickets to the annual fair for tomorrow, But they had a deal that was 4 tickets for half price so you can invite two friends to go with us" he said. I immediately ran and gave him a big hug. "THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU'RE THE BEST NON BLOOD RELATED BROTHER EVER!" I screamed happily but it came out muffled because I was still hugging him. He just laughed  at this then hugged me back. "Your welcome" he said.

The next Morning I jumped out of bed exited for the new day and leaped into the shower which was the perfect temperature because......that is not how I woke up. This is how I waked up: NOOOO! EVIL GUMMYBEAR GOT THE PURPLE PRINCESS WHO'LL TURN INTO A GORILLA! BUT I'LL SAVE THE DAY ALICE! ALICE! ALICE! THEY'RE EVEN CHANTING MY NAM- "AHHHHH!" I screamed as Ice cold water made contact with my skin. I glared at whoever poured the water on me and woke me up from my dream which happened to be Jacob. "You should be thanking me" he said smirking. "Why is that?" I said sarcastically. "Because we're leaving in two hours and I know how girls take forever to get ready so you don't have to rush" he said as if it were the most obvious thing ever. "I don't take 2 hours to get ready!" I huffed. "Yeah but you haven't eaten yet" he did have a point but It didn't take that long to eat. "And you'll still have time to relax like you like to" he added. He hasn't even been here that long so how does he know so much about me already? "I'm very observant and I notice things like you really need to use the toilet now. I blushed at that as he left the room while I went to go and brush my teeth. Last night I called Ella and Jessica and asked them if they wanted to go with Jacob and I. Ella agreed straight away while Jessica wasn't so sure at first but soon eased up to the idea. Once I finished brushing my teeth I went downstairs to make myself some toast then get ready. "Morning Alice dear there's already some toast I made just put what you want on it" my mum said smiling. Everyone in this family is a morning person except for me and my dad. "Thanks" said as I walked to the counter with the toast on it. I heard Pokemon playing in the background indicating that Luke was awake and probably already ate. In the background you could also hear loud snoring coming from my dad. Once I finished eating I put my plate away and went upstairs to get ready.

I took a shower and washed my hair and body. Once I finished I dried myself with my fluffy orange towel and dried myself and my hair. I then looked through my closet to find something to wear. After looking through millions of outfits I chose a mint green dress that had lots of little black bows printed on it and my jean jacket. I decided to leave my hair out so I brushed it putting some spray in it. I then put some perfume and makeup  on and my brown boots. After I said bye to mom and dad Jacob and I walked to the fair grounds.
