Alice's P.O.V

Here I am, lying on my couch with Jessica and John holding me down.  How did I get here? Well last night at our little sleepover that Jacob and I hosted, I drew some art on our friends faces with sharpie, and now Jacob was getting me back. Jacob came up to me grinning evilly. He grabbed the sharpie and began to draw. He gave me a thick monobrow, and a swirly moustache. "Ta da!" he said smirking. Jessica and John let go of me as I ran to the bathroom as Selena came out with no sharpie on her face. She laughed as she passed me. I looked at my reflection and started to scrub my face. When I finished I had a red face but at least it was off. As soon as I came out Jessica pushed me out of the way and ran into the bathroom. As she saw her her reflection she screamed she turned to me and started to hit my arm while I laughed. "Stop, it's not funny!" she groaned. With a smirk on my face I ran downstairs. As soon as I got downstairs John hurried to the bathroom. Smelling something good I walked into the kitchen. This is how it looked. Selena was at the stove cooking french toast? I wasn't very sure but she was cooking something. While Ella and Jacob were waiting patiently for Jessica and John to finish washing the sharpie off their faces.

"Ugh! guess what I just remembered!" Jessica started. "You, Forgot your dog at Coles?" Everyone looked to Selena. "It was one time!"she defended. "What?" I asked Jessica as John and Selena began to bickering. "School starts soon!" She groaned. "John, Selena, What school are you going to again!" Jacob called from the couch with the laptop on his lap. "I think it was, Crescent creek high school?" John called back scratching his arm. "Nice!" I shouted to him. "Wait isn't that like, our school?" Ella asked. "Yeah, but the school is divided into half, and chances are they might be in the other half, and it's basically like going to a different school, they even have separate netball teams." Jacob answered while Ella nodded with a tinge of pink on her cheeks. "We all have Mr. Bownser this year!" Jessica called out. "I heard that Mr. Bownser once made someone write a 5 page essay explaining why they were 5 minutes late to class! and they wrote that their sister got hurt or something like that and he still gave him detention!" Jacob said typing something on the computer. "Well I heard that he always wears grey shirts and dull brown shoes" Ella added brushing a strand of her black hair to the side of her face. "There's nothing wrong with wearing grey clothes" Jessica defended. "True." She replied nodding in agreement. "You know, we need to get new school supplies" I reminded while they groaned. "Come on, it's not that bad, Jessica you might find a nice hair clip, Selena, you might find new nail polish, Ella, they might have some books on special, Jacob, you said you needed some new pens, and John, they might be a nice girl that you could hit it off with?" as I said that last bit I saw Jessica glaring at the ground. Time to play matchmaker! I thought evilly. With that I hopped up clasping my hands together. "Well look at the time! if we want to get school supplies we should probably go now!" I skipped to my bag on the bench. "She's right, we should probably get going" Ella added standing up. As the guys got up I pulled my brown bag over my shoulder. "To Kmart!" Jessica cheered as we marched out the door.

"Okay, Selena and Ella gets pens, pencils and markers," I ordered as The duo went in the stationary section. "Jess, and John, you are in charge of notebooks and books," I said as they headed off. "And we need to get glue, sharpeners, erasers, staplers, scissors and whiteout" I said to Jacob while we began to walk. As I was going over my list I bumped into a soft chest. "Sorry I wasn't lo-" I cut myself off as I stared into the stranger's hypnotizing eyes.   "No, you should forgive me, It was my mistake," I tuned him out as I stared at his eyes. "I'm Ryan, It's nice to meet you...." CUTE BOY ALERT! "Alice," I quickly replied snapping out of my day dream. "Alice, what a lovely name" he complimented as my cheeks tinged pink. "Thanks, Ryan's a nice name too"  I mentally face palmed as I said that last sentence.  He smiled at me before a look of realization crossed his face. "Nick!" He muttered sucking in a stressed sigh. "Who's Nick?" I asked confused. "My brother, look, I really am sorry about bumping into you, but I have to go" He rushed. "It was nice to meet you!" I called as he walked away. "You too!" He grinned over his shoulder. Sighing dreamily I turned back to a smirking Jacob. "OMG! He's sooo cute!" He teased in a high pitched voice, pretending to fan himself. "Shut up!" I gave him a light shove.  "Ow!" I grinned at my success before walking to the glue. 

"Turn it up!" Jessica called from the back of John's car.  Once we got everything we all agreed that we were hungry and should get some food from McDonald's. "But it's 5sos!" John groaned. Jessica gasped. "They are my future husbands! do not talk to them like that!" John gritted his teeth. "They don't know that you even exist!" He let out a stressed sigh. "So? That doesn't mean that I won't meet them in the future!" She defended. Blocking the two out I turned to Ella. "I feel like I haven't had a proper conversation with you in ages!" I giggled. "Me too!" she realised. "We should really spend some alone time without those weirdos!" I whispered gesturing to the others. "Totally!" She agreed nodding her head. I turned to my left and saw Selena  grinning at her phone. "Who are you texting?" I asked as she began to type. "Just some guy that I met at Kmart" She said not taking her eyes off her phone. "Some guy?" I raised an eyebrow. "He said that his name was Nick" She said finally looking up. "I won't tell your brother," I said smiling. "Thank youuuu!" she stretched out giving me a hug. "Your welcome!" I grinned sitting back.

A/N HELLOOOO EVERYONE! Sorry fir the slow update but it is finally hereeee! I might have rushed the end of the chapter a bit because I am writing this before school and I am in a rush.
