Alice's P.O.V

"Bye Cara and Ella, same time tomorrow?" I asked the two girls as we were getting ready to leave the park. "Sure I don't have any plans" Ella replied. "Sorry Can't make it my uncle from New York is coming over to visit and I haven't seen him in ages" Cara said. 

"You have an uncle?" I asked. "Yes I do and his name is Pete and he has a red guitar" she said quickly. But She never mentioned having a uncle Pete. 

"Okay, bye guys" I said as I started walking back home. As I was walking I saw a blonde girl across the street who she looked upset. I then crossed the street and walked to her. "Hey there are you alright?" I asked. I looked a little closer and then I realised it was Jessica! "Jessica?" I said in disbelief.  "Ally?" she questioned sniffling. "My name's Alice,  are you okay?" I asked again.

 "No, But why do you care?" she said. "I care because there is something wrong and I want to be nice and help you" I said Looking into her eyes. "Fine, Jacob" Sniff  "Broke up" sniff  "with" sniff  " Me" She said sniffling.

 "Oh hey, I Know that we don't Know each other very well, but you look like you need a friend do you want to come to my house, You can sleep over and we could watch some sad romance movies?" I offered. "B-but don't you hate me and stuff?" she said confused. "Let the past be the past and focus on the present because, the present is the future past" I said smiling.

Jessica's P.O.V

Alice's parents were really nice and they were cool with me sleeping over. I wish I had parents like that.....

//flashback//

"Mummy where's daddy?" I asked around the age of 5. "Daddy is somewhere in this world but not here" she replied. "Where?" I asked. "Not here" she replied frustrated. "But where?" I asked curious to know where he was. "Look! you ask me this every single day! and I always say the same thing to you but listen to me now! YOU PROBABLY WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN SO JUST GIVE IT UP!" she yelled at me. 

The next day I told my friend Alicia what happened at primary school. "my Mummy and daddy don't live with each other, maybe they just live in different houses?" and she was very smart indeed.

Alice's P.O.V

"So, what do you want to watch?" I asked Jessica. "Well I actually don't like sad romance movies, maybe we could watch something funny instead? my grandma always watched happy movies when she was sad to cheer herself up" she replied. 

"Coming from the girl who is known as the queen of drama" I said as we both laughed. "Okay hmm how about hotel Transylvania 1 that's a funny movie?" I said scanning through the DVDs. "What's a funny movie?" Jacob said entering the front door. 

"Jacob" Jessica said, oh yeah I forgot that Jacob is now her ex. "Um why is she here?" He said confused. "Oh she's just sleeping over and if you have a problem with that, well then that's your problem not ours" I said. "Hotel Transylvania it is" I said getting the dvd. "Why is he here?" She said as we made our way up  the stairs.

 "Oh that's a long story" I replied. Once we got to my room I explained why he's here. "He  didn't tell me any of this!"  She said in disbelief. "Well it's all true" I said.

A/N sorry that this chapter is quite short a new chapter should be up in a two weeks. Is Cara avoiding Alice and is Jessica a friend now.
