Chapter 1

I look in the little hand held mirror in my hand and sighs as I look at all my cuts and bruises from tonight's beating, I touch one of the deep cuts on my forehead and wince in pain. It's always been like this, the beatings, the names, they had never stopped even when I was a child. I was the Omega in this pack, always and had been a servant to the Night pack ever since I was abandoned and left at the foot at the pack house. I guess it's understandable, like who would want a weak wolf such as myself as a daughter, now I was fifteen. I hear the sound of footsteps and quickly hides the mirror under my pillow, if that is what you would call a pillow and climbed into my dirty mattress and pretended to be sleeping. The footsteps got closer.

" Hey! Wake up!, Albino!" The girl snickers as I pick my head up from the pillow. The snobby girl that goes by Brittny opens the cage door and kicks in a piece of raw meat that had maggots squirming around in it. Brittany laughed and slammed the cage door and walked away with a big grin. I growl lowly as she walked away, I crawl out of bed and pick up the piece of meat. It was rotting and swarming with bugs, I think twice and throw the piece of meat out a slot of the cage and onto the ground. I crawl back into bed and pick up the small brush to the side of the bed and start to brush my pure white hair. No wonder they call me Albino, I mean with my natural white hair and icy blue eyes, I do look like an Albino wolf but I wasn't, at least I don't think so. I sigh and lay my head down on the pillow and slowly drift into sleep.

I whip my head up as I hear someone kicking the cage. I look up to see Alpha Blake, His face was twisted as he looked at me. I scrunch back as his yellow piercing eyes meet mine.

" You'd better make yourself presentable, Alpha Luke is on his way looking for a mate, if you don't do good you'll have a bigger whipping tonight" Alpha Blake said with anger in his eyes, I could tell he wasn't kidding. As he walked away I reached into my dresser to get my makeup and took the tiny mirror in my hand and applied the makeup to my face and to all the bruise marks on my body.

When I was finished with my makeup that partially covered my wounds, I looked in my dresser to find a black shirt that wasn't torn in anyway. I striped of my other shirt which was torn and splattered with my blood and placed it on the floor. I grabbed the other shirt and put it on. I look at myself in the mirror again, and the only flaw that I had was my white hair, It was just to bright. I hear footsteps down the hallway and breathed in Alpha Blake's sent. I stood up and looked outside the cage door as he started walking this way.

" Ok Mutt, don't fail me!" Alpha Blake says with a sneer as he opens the cage door. I slowly exited the cage while not making eye contact with the him. He slams the door behind me which made me jump. Alpha Blake just snickered in delight of scaring me, He stops laughing and snaches my arm. I yelp in pain of his grip but he just growls at me to shut up. I follow behind him for about a minute or so before we were at the house entrance. He opens the door and throws me outside where the other pack mates were. They all started laughing as they saw me fall on the ground. The laughing stops as I hear a howl in the distance, I scramble to get on my feet as I see the pack close in. I stand at the end of the line because i'm the lowest rank, the Omega. As the pack closes in, I can see an outline of the men running up to the house.

What if they chose me! the wolf inside me Ari, yelps.

They won't choose you. I say as I look to the ground.

You have no faith. Ari says

You're probably right. I answer.

I was so lost with talking to my wolf that I didn't notice that the pack was close so that I could see the leader in front, A tall man with dark brown hair and breathtaking amber eyes. He approached Alpha Blake and talked with him, Alpha Blake steps back as Alpha Luke inspected all the first class girls. He stops at Brittany who was pushing out her breast and trying to look sexy, But he passes her causing her to whimper and cry. He was sniffing one girl then his eyes flicker towards me, my heart skipped a beat as he starts walking towards me.

Oh my god! He's coming towards us! Ari said with an excited yelp.

He freezes right in front of me and takes a big wiff and smells me. I try to act strong but on the inside, I was fucking scared! After he finished inspecting me a big smile appears on his face.

" MINE!!" Luke says as he looks straight into my eyes.

He chose us! Ari yelps excitedly

" Hello beautiful, what's your name?" His voice was like honey so smooth and warm. I hide under my white hair and say my name.

" It's Sky" I say in a quiet voice.

Alpha Luke gently grasps my chin and brushes the hair out of my face.

" Don't hide that beautiful face from me, mate." Luke says with a smile, and as soon as he said the word " Mate" all the girls whimpered in protest and started to cry. Thats right, Alpha Luke was the most powerful wolf in this world, no wonder the girls are throwing a fit.

Brittny speaks up.

" Why would you want that mangy Albino!, you should have someone like me!" Brittny said obviously trying to change his mind. Alpha Luke's eyes snap away from mine and land on Brittny's, A low and intimidating growl came from Luke as he stepped closer to Brittany. He instantly grabs her throat and slams her to the wall. I step back in surprise of his sudden anger towards her, but to be honest, that bitch deserved it.

" Don't you ever talk that way about my mate!" Luke says as Brittny claws at his hand on her throat.

" Understood!" Luke yells while tightening his grip, Brittny slowly nods her head and Luke drops her. Brittny falls to the ground gasping for breath as the other girls drag her away. He looks back at me his eyes are now soft and loving. I gently smile as he grabs my hands and picks me up bridal style. I look into his amber eyes as I lay my head on his chest (which was very muscular by the way) as he walked over to Alpha Blake, he looked calm on the outside but I can see the anger in the inside that Luke chose me instead of one of the higher ranked girls.

" Alpha Blake, I gratefully accept Sky to be my mate" Luke says with a smile on his face. But Alpha Blake stared hardly into my eyes making me shy away in fear. Luke must of felt my uncomfortableness, so he thanked Blake and walked off with me in his arms and the rest of his pack members following behind him. I wrap my arms around his neck and lay my head against his chest and fell asleep in an instant. And to be honest, it was the best sleep I ever had.
