Bubblegum's POV
I don't really remember anything except dark. Although I do remember getting ready for something. I forgot what. I open my eyes and everything is blurry. I rub my eyes and everything starts to get clearer. I notice on my drawer is a piece of paper and a box. I don't know how that got there. I open the box and it has a ring? It's just a plain ring and it's red? What is this and how did it get here. I pick up the note and it says "Yes or No". Wait did someone just propose to me? When I blacked out? This is weird. I don't know anyone who would fall for me. The ring is red and this writing looks familiar. Wait, Marcy? Did she propose to me? What does this mean. I mean we aren't even girlfriends yet. Why would she jump to marriage? This is hurting my brain. I need to step out for fresh air.

Marceline' POV

She hasn't woken up in 2 days and I'm getting worried. What if she woke up earlier and saw the box? What if she's locked up in her room preventing her from seeing me? What if she just ran away without telling me? All these What Ifs are upsetting me I just want to punch a wall. This curiosity is killing me. I can take it. I think I'll go there myself instead of waiting around for an answer. Wait what if she doesn't want to see me. What if she got too shocked that I gave her anxiety about seeing me? Great now I scared myself. You know what, screw this. If she says yes I'll be gloving happy but if she says no then screw her. I don't need her. No Marceline you're not thinking right. I need her. I want her in my life. Ok my choices right now is to either go to her myself or to wait around. Screw this.

Bubblegum'a POV

This ring seems important. Also this note confuses me. I need to ask her what it's about. Marcy can't just leave this on my drawer and leave. She's not like that, a coward. I need to see her right now.

I'm walking towards my doors to go see Marcy about this note and ring but she appeared. I'm shocked but I go to her and ask, "Marcy what the glob is this about?"

She replies, "Oh, you were blacked out with the whole speech"

"What are you talking about?"

"Bubblegum you passed out when I was on the way to pick you up for our date. You were out cold and I'm pretty sure from over working on your experiments."

"Oh glob, the date! I'm so sorry. How long was I out? Can we still go?"

"It's alright PB and you were out for 2 days. You had me worried."

"I'm so sorry Marcy, do you want to go to my room and we can make up that date?"

"Sure. You want me to explain the ring and note?"

"Yes please."
