"Oh Kara!" Shrilled Ms. Grant. Could a girl have 30 seconds of peace around here?

All TVs in Ms. Grants office were playing the Supergirl footage. "Where were you yesterday? I called to tell you to come in! I needed help releasing my new article! Friends Forever: Supergirl Saves Me Twice."

Internally Kara groaned. Why me? She thought. "Sorry, I wasn't feeling great so I took a sleeping pill. Was completely passed out." At least the passing out part was true.

"Well, next time don't get sick! Oh and Kara. I need my coffee?"

"Alex. Have you found anyway to stop him?" Back at DEO headquarters, things were getting stressful. "It won't be long until he strikes again!"

"Actually. We think we found something. But you may not like it."

Alex walked over to the table and picked up a thin black belt.

"This is a energy barrier. Essentially, it blocks any energy from escaping from your body."

"So it will make me stronger?"

"Well, no. But yes. You will attack Power-hungry, let him hit you once, then activate the belt. You will pretend to play dead. If we have assumed correctly, he will keep hitting you even after you are "dead". The built-in forcefield will protect you. His energy should deplete quickly, making him weak. And he won't be able to take any from you. At this point, you can attack him and win."

Winn looked at his phone. Caller ID said Kara Denvers. He immediately picked it up.

"Hello?"

"Winn! It's Kara! I can't talk for long but.."

"Kara! Slow down! I can't understand you."

"I'm going on a mission. Power-hungry is back, but Alex thinks she's found a way to stop him."

"Great! What is it?"

"Ummm. I can't tell you. But I want you on the other end. Of communications I mean."

"Of course! Anything Kara! I'll go upstairs right now."

"Thanks Winn. It means a lot. I have to go..."

"Kara. Be careful. And DON'T get yourself killed!"

Winn hung up and ran upstairs to the secret room. On the way, he passes James in his office.

"Winn?" James yelled. "Everything ok?"

"Supergirl." mouthed Winn not stopping. James got up and followed him.

When they reached to room, Winn set up all the equipment. "We have visual." he announced.

On the screen they saw Supergirl flying towards a big greeny monster.

"Come on Kara." whispered Winn.

"Do you have audio?" said James.

"It's not connecting! There must be some interference!"
