Four months has passed so far Jane and I gotten closer, she has been coming with be for ultrasounds. I'm suppose to go for my ultrasound this week to find out the baby's sex with Nicki, Jane and Nia, i have grown attached to the baby bump. So far Alex hasn't suspected nothing .

Thank god.

Nicki and I have been talking , we are suppose to go for lunch tomorrow that's that.
Woke up feeling not so well i have been so hormonal lately and carvings.
I get up from my position that I was in on my bed as I look at the mirror for a woman thats almost five months I have a huge bump. Not every women's pregnancy is the same right?

Well my bump is not that big enough to think your like six or seven months in.

My breath caught in my throat I couldn't believe I was going to be an intern in Vogue a fashion and lifestyle magazine that is published monthly in 23 different national and regional editions by Condé Nast.

I dont know why I dialed her but I pressed on her number

"Oh hi Sky what's up?" Nicki answered cheerly

"Nicki I need to go to the hospital-

"Ahhh " I said clutching my stomach as the pain became worse

"Sky , Skyler! !, im on my way don't move" she says as I hear a lot of noise on the other line

"Yes 911, my friend is pregnant and she just called and I dont know what's happening she sounds in pain I can't-"Nicki said worried talking to someone else probably in a different phone.

"She lives in 23 Boston Avenue, hurry you moron!!!" She shouted

"Sky are you still there , im on my way the ambulance is on their way babe hold on" she said

I could barely hear her as black dots clouded my vision.

Jane P.O.V.

I look at Nicki as she gets up rather quickly from the dinner table, as she picks up her phone as it rings she exits the dining room leaving everyone in confusion on their faces I ignore it and went back to eating.

Its been 20 minutes since Nicki left , she probably had a business call or something.

"So Alexander how's the company going?" I asked as he looked up from his food he was barely touching

"Its go-"
He got cut off by my phone ringing
"This will only take a second" i said smiling as I stood up but didn't exit the dining room

I picked up without looking at the caller ID

"Hello?" I said into the phone

"Mom mom Sky is in the hospital im with her something happened I don't know ,the doctors aren't telling me anything."She sniffed into the phone

"I found her in the floor fainted" I hear her cry

"Slow down , I will be there as soon as I can " I said as I hanged up

I didn't realize I was crying until Sarah mention it, I touched my cheeks

"Mom is everything alright?" Alex asks as he stood up I nod my head, he must not know

I turn my head towards Seth

"Seth we need to go to the hospital immediately" I said pacing around

"Is Nicki alright what happened? " he said coming to my side

"Mom what happened im going with you-"

"NO ! You aren't coming anywhere near the hospital is that understood" I strictly said towards him

"Seth its not about Nicki she's alright" I said giving him a knowing look of who it was , his eyes widen which told me he knew who it was

The next words Seth blurted out made me want to murder him

"Is Nicki with her, is the baby alright?" Seth asked out loud

"Who is her and what baby are you guys talking about? " Alexander said standing up and getting his jacket on

"Nobody" Seth and I said in unison

"C'mon " Seth said as pulled his car keys out

"Im going and there is no way im staying here"Alex said following us

"This isn't good"Seth whispered to me as we into the car

Alexander P.O.V.

"Who's in the hospital that I don't know of ?" I asked while Seth drove , Seth looked at my mom with a worry look and brought his eyes back to the road

"Just a friend's of Nicki" she waved off

I felt something off like they were hiding something from me.
I will figure it out.

Once we arrived at the hospital and parked my mom and Seth practically ran inside .

I caught up to them as they talk to the nurse in the front desk and nodded I couldn't catch the name of Nicki's friend but I knew my mom and Seth cared for this person from by how my mom is shaking.

We took the elevator up to the second floor and saw Nicki in the waiting room pacing back and forth mom went over to Nicki as Seth followed behind.

"Is she alright?"
"Did the doctor say anything?"
I couldn't quite hear , they were whispering

Until Nicki spoke up

"What is he doing here , he can't be here , why did you let him come?" Nicki spoke as she glared at me

"I couldn't force him to stay sweetie" mom glanced at me and back to Nicki

"What's happening here , what's really going on?" I asked

"Nothi-"

"Not you mom I want Nicki to answer my question" I gritted my teeth

"Nicki" I said

"I can-'t I can't tell you sorry ,I just can't" she looked away as Seth hugged her kissing her forehead

Nia came running from out of the elevator

Nia??

Why would Nia out of all people be here?

"Where is she?"
"I need to see her?" Nia said

" calm down she's okay they're just running a few more tests on her thats all" Nicki said calming Nia down

There is only one explanation if Nia was here

Skyler was here I mean thats the only reason right??

"I know Skyler is here" I spoke up as everyones heads turned with widen eyes

"Im right, right?" I spoke as I smirked

"Who in the hell brought him here"Nia growled out
