The Trips (The Diary of a Young Girl)

Chapter 1...

Once upon a time there was a girl named Juliet. Juliet lived in a small village where she had alot of friends and family. One day Juliet thought she would have a bad day soon, and if she did, she thought she would fail so she tried and tried and one day she had a bad day, but she didn't fail so she was happy. Luckily she didn't fail because she had a class trip.

"On this field trip, your assignment is to try to catch two mystical creatures, for a class pet and for a home pet. If you can't have pets at home, you can leave your pet here for you and you only to feed." said Mrs.Berry, their teacher. "Please find a partner."

We all found partners and I picked my friend Kayla, and Jose picked Jerry, which is his best friend, I think. Once everybody found a partner, we started to hunt for mystical creatures.

"Ten minutes seems like a long time." I said to Kayla.

"I think so too!" she said

Soon enough everybody caught two mystical creatures and Mrs.Berry told us to line up so we can get back to school. Once we got back to class, it was almost time to go home so we all got our backpacks and lined up at the door.

On my way home I realized that I left my mystical creature at school so when we got home I told my mom and she said to wait until tomorrow.

the next morning I was almost late for class . When we got into class Mrs.Berry put a note on the desks of the students that left their pets at school. The note said: 'ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE PETS AT HOME? PLEASE CIRCLE YES OR NO. I marked yes and said that I just forgot to take her home last night because I was so tired. after we turned our papers in, Mrs.Berry told us that today we get to take our pets outside to recess with us.

Juliet could tell that she was going to have fun outside so she could not wait.

"Do you want to play outside with me?" I asked Kayla.

She said "yes, I'm sure we will have fun, but I bet we will have more fun if Jose plays with us too!"

Jose had already asked if he could play with us and we said yes. When it was time for lunch, we lined up next to each other so we could sit next to each other at lunch. After lunch, we played with Misty, my mystical creature, we played hide and go seek until the bell rang. 

The bell rang to go home about fifteen minutes later. Kayla, Jose, and I walked home with my mom and we played with my pets.

"Did you name your mystical creature yet?" Kayla asked.

"Yes, her name is Misty." I said.

"Cute name."

"Thank you!"

"Do you want to go play now?" said Jose.

"yes!" we said.

We all went to hide except for misty. Once misty found us we had to go to bed and Kayla and Jose had to go home. In the morning I got ready for school and got a blue dress on because it was picture day with our mystical creatures, misty is a unicorn.
