   It's been a month since I've started at this new school. LukeWarm High School isn't what I thought it would be like to be honest. I imagined a school, normal as can be, with just regular kids. But no, turns out this school is for teens of famous descent.
Why would they make a school like this? Beats me. I used to go to a regular school but had to move here.
     I walked alongside Kali through the parking lot and sighed. " Why did they make this school? " I asked her.
" Because if we went to any other school we'd probably get mobbed. " She said. " It's very easy to avoid paparazzi with this town's remote location. But even then you still run into them here and there. "
  Over this past month I've ran into many people trying to take photos of me, getting up into my face and flashing lights blinding my eyes. It doesn't matter where you go, they always follow.
I got into Kali's car and shut the door. She jumped in the driver's seat and turned it on. It's starting to become colder now that schools started, the lovely hoodie weather is starting to chill the area, making it 30°F and lower.... That reminds me, I need to buy a space heater for my room.
" Heyyyyyy. " Kali looked over at me.
" I know something that can cheer you up, hm? How about we go get some ice cream? Sound good? " I slunked in my seat and looked out the window.
" Yeah, that sounds great..... " She sighed and kept her eyes on the road.
If you think I'm sad, well you guessed right,- I'm actually more upset than sad, and that's what's eating at my stomach.
Since I've been here for over a month, you'd think everyone would either know who I am or completely ignore my existence. Wrong. I've been getting shoved, pushed, and trampled on. It's hard to even fight for your place when you're nothing but a freshman, nonetheless a new kid. I've made friends, but it's hard when you barely see any of them in the halls, considering this is a big school and all of your friends are upperclassmen.

* flashback *

" Hey! You look like such a pretty girl to be walking all by yourself. "
I froze in my tracks and felt a hand go up my spine, sending chills all over my body. A mouth came close to my ear.
" What's a little girl like you doing all by yourself in the parking lot? "
I gulped and turned around, backing away. " Waiting for my parents to pick me up. " " Awww, little freshman is all alone waiting for her parents. Why don't we keep her company guys? " I looked to the two other guys behind him and their smiles were big and wide, like creepy creatures of the night.
My heart race picked up and I backed away further, but they kept approaching me still. " Why ya scared, girl? Nothing to be afraid of, we're just trying to be friendly. Nothing wrong with that, hm? " I tried to hold back my fear, but it was inevitable now. They could see it on my face. Another one of his friends came up from behind me and put their arm around me. " Yeah, don't be afraid- " I stomped on his foot and he yelled back in pain. I elbowed his stomach and swung my arm up to hit him in the face. He fell to the ground and I took off running. I could hear their footsteps and shouts. Suddenly, the footsteps stopped. I turned around to see a boy, tall in height, standing over the two bodies of the boys.
The boys seemed to be knocked out, and the boy leaning over them had bloody knuckles. I gasped and instantly wished I hadn't. The boy heard me and turned to face me. I squinted at him, trying to see his face.
" C-Christopher? What're you- " Chris took off running and jumped over the fence surrounding the entrance of the school. I slunk back and glanced at the boys on the ground. They're still breathing. I backed up and turned around to head on out of the parking lot. My dad eventually showed up, and he took me home. I glanced back at that parking lot, wondering how I ever even got into that situation.. Why was Chris there? Where did he come from?
I leaned against the window pondering.... And fell asleep in the warmth of the car.

* flashback ends *

Kali stopped the car and put it in park, we unbuckled our seat belts and got out of the car.
  The only one who knows about what happened with that group of boys is Kali, I'm not prepared to tell the others yet. We're meeting up with them at this ice cream place, called Triple Whipped Creams, or TWC for short. I'm thinking about telling them what happened. Maybe they can help. 
Before we walked in Kali stopped and gave me a hug. " Look, all first years have it rough the first semester of high school, so, this past month hasn't been going so great..... So what? It'll get better darling. You just have to wait. You're taking it too hard on yourself. "
I sighed. " I know. Maybe I should just ignore it. Thanks Kali. "
   " No problem. Now come on, let's go get some ice cream. " She smiled and I smiled back.

Of all the four bad outcomes that have happened so far, I'd say this makes up for it.

A/N: sorry if this chapter sucks ass.... I'm not too good with keeping stories on track so if it's all a jumble I apologize.
So, Chrissy has been doing good at her new school, but many things have started to go wrong.
Will she get better? Find out :D

Mine was cool, I have to make sure my dad has his hand sanitizer with him at all times, wouldn't want him getting sick.
