~Rogue's POV~
We entered the tower, exhausted to say the least. Behind us, the night had taken over the forest, and I gazed at it, worried that Kaira or the others were hurt.
I heard Jiian and Azura taking but I wasn't paying attention.
They began walking to some room, I followed and when we entered, we saw we had come second. In front of us was that weird sand team.
I looked back to the others. "Worried about Kaira?" Azura asked me, sitting on the bench and taking Daikerasu off her back.
"Yeah..." I sighed, looking at the door. "Aren't worried about Eriina?" I asked her. She shrugged but then shook he head. "I have faith in her," she chuckled.
I smiled and took a seat as well. "Well, since neither you seem to care about Atori, I will," Jiian said in spite. "Go ahead," Azura replied, pulling her knees up to her face and wrapping her arms around them.
"I'm bored," she said randomly, and I rolled me eyes.
"How long were we out there?" She questioned, I didnt answer, not knowing myself. "About 6 hours," Jiian sighed, falling lazily on the bench.
The sand team walked out, ignoring us. "Attitude much?" Azura mumbled. I let out a muffled chuckle, and some chuunin from the leaf entered.
"We have a room ready for you," he informed. We jumped up and followed him, and he lead us to a hall with rooms down the middle, doors numbered down the sides of the walls.
"Number 2," he said, handing Azura a key. She opened the door marked 'two' and we walked in. Three beds, a basic bathroom, a desk with a few things on it, and a window overlooking the forest.
Azura looked out the window, shuddered, and then closed it.
"Well," Jiian said, falling backwards onto the bed on the far right. "I'm sleeping. Wake me up when there's waffles somewhere," and with that, he shut his eyes and turned over, away from us.
"I think I'll have a sleep to," Azura sighed, collapsing on the bed to the left. I guess the middle mine. I sat on it, but I couldn't bare to sleep.
After a while, I got up and started walking down stairs, towards that room, but I heard someone call to me. "Hey you! Grass Ninja!" The voice said.
I turned around, coming face to face with the sand ninja with paint markings and a cat ear hat. "What?" I asked, wanting to be on my own.
"Well I was just wondering," he began. "Is it true what the candidates have been saying about you and the other grass ninja?"
"Huh?" I said, confused. "You and the other girl, Rina or something. People are saying you two are the biggest threats from the Grass."
"People? What people?" I asked. "Well, a lot of the Sensei's have been telling their teams to watch out for you. The genin, and the sound ninja seemed extremely fond of you, actually," he smirked.
I frowned and looked down. Eriina and I? the biggest threats? "I mean, you are Azura right?" He added, and I sighed with a sweat drop.
"No, Azura's my teammate with a violin," I groaned. "I'm Rogue."
He looked confused, "A girl with a violin is one of the biggest threats in this competition? That's sad," he chuckled, and I growled internally.
"Hey! She's survived B ranks that many other died in!" I exclaimed. He scoffed, and then that red haired ninja appeared beside him. Cat-Ears looked nervous.
I don't blame him, this kid's scary.
I began walking back to my room, deserting the idea of seeing who else had arrived.
