Taking my first step to change.

Manage to state what I really wanted and said what really on my mind, 

and I am glad that my facilitator understand,

how I really feel.

Been the best day of the week, 

managed to eat something I like,

and do the things I wanted.

Don't need to socialize much,

Just spend time with those that really care about me.
