Roxanne was in a stump, the name Stuart, and the cologne on the dress was not bringing anything to to mind, she tried to piece something together, all she was developing was a headache, so she hung the dress back up in the wardrobe.

Roxanne looked at her watch, it was nearly one, the headache pounded, maybe the doctor was right, she needed to nap, although she wanted to find more clues, she felt drained and needed to rest. So she laid down on the bed and before long she fell asleep, she was about to dream again when her mother came in to wake her.

'Roxie darling, it's time to come down for your lunch'

'Im not hungry' Roxanne mumbled as she turned on her side. 'More sleep'

'You need to eat sweetie? Roxanne looked over to Darleneand accidentally snapped at her.

'I know that. Sorry Mum. I have a migraine.'

'Honey, you don't get migraines, unless, your worried about something. ' she said. As she looked at her daughter, she looked extremely worried.

'Mum, who is Stuart Steele?' She asked, she knew if she asked that question, she would be left alone. Roxanne wanted to sleep, it occurred to her that when she slept, she always dreamed, so she wanted to go back to sleep, to see if anything would piece together as to why she was in hospital. Most importantly why no one would talk about what happened, why they wouldn't they give her answers about what happened, especially where Stuart Steele was concerned.

'Your right Hun, you look tired maybe you should have some more sleep, I'll give you another hour' so she took off as quickly as Roxanne asked the question.

The way they ignored her questions, the look on their faces and the sadness in their eyes, it didn't just anger Roxanne but it made her sad, especially when she needed to know. So the only way to get her answers was to go to sleep, to dream, and to try to piece everything together on her own.
Roxanne tried going back to sleep , but the more she tried to sleep, the more she found herself wide awake, and before she knew it, her mum came to wake her up.

As Roxanne walked down the stairs, she said to herself 'well it looks like I won't be sleeping.' She was very annoyed by it. When she didn't want to dream, she slept. When she wanted to try to sleep , the sandman just wouldn't let her.

Roxanne looked at the food on the plate in front of her, she poked her fork at the food, while everyone else around her were quiet. No one talked , as she looked up, she found everyone staring at her. 'What's wrong?'

Roxanne's father Rick was always quiet, nothing ever bothered him, but on this occasion, Roxanne could see he was feeling pain, in a way, not a literal pain of course, but the kind of pain a father would feel when a daughter was almost taken from him.

'How are you feeling? Rick asked.

'Before I tell you how I'm feeling, I want to ask a question.' Rick looked back down at his plate, Janice pretended to be busy with Drake, Roxanne saw Darlene was about to say something when the phone rang.

Everyone jumped up to answer it, including Roxanne, until Rick used his don't argue with me voice. 'Ill get it. Roxanne looked down at her plate again, she decided to eat and tried to listen to the telephone conversation. It started out so quiet that she couldn't quite tell what was being said, but then she heard her fathers voice raised with anger and concern, a sound she had never heard before.

'I am only going to say this once more, leave her alone. I don't want you calling here again, or putting one foot on this property, or I will put out a restraining order on you' Roxanne thought the conversation was unusual, but the last thing she heard worried her. Rick almost never swore but that's what happened and it confused Roxanne even more than she was already.

'Piss off' then he slammed the door.

"Dear readers, sorry I took so long with the third chapter. I've been sick. I hope you enjoyed the chapter, I enjoyed writing it. Again if there is any mistakes or confusion, let me know. XX
