The news about them spreaded like a fire. Not that Jess minded. Infact it made her glee! Their Facebook and Whatsapp statuses had also changed to 'In A Relationship With Rushil/Jessica' and lots of hearts. Their chats had crossed all the limits which they would have to maintain in real otherwise. Jessica's family was really strict and she could not take any chances.

The more they talked, the more deeply they understood each other. Jess began dreaming of marrying him and being a good wife to him. She was too excited for their future to begin. Amongst all this, she totally forgot that he ever had a playboy title.

That day Vedika was at her place. Both having gossips and enjoying their fun. But there was something bothering her. Ved as though already guessed, asked about Rushil. She had to fight the urge to keep it with herself but then she finally gave in. It was her best friend after all. She told her how Rushil had suddenly started ignoring her and was barely answered her calls. When she asked him what was wrong, he would give vague answers and cut off the topic. And the last message that she sent him was read by him at that very moment but not replied to even after a day. She was tensed. Vedika tried to calm her down. But it din't work.

She willed herself to not check her phone to see if he had replied. It had been about three days now. She hated that she was constantly checking his 'last seen at' status and yes, he had logged in just five minutes ago. Yet she couldn't stop herself. This sinking feeling to find absolutely no communication from him was becoming unbearable, almost torturous.

And then, just as she sat down in her chair, her phone vibrated. With her heart thudding in her ear, she unlocked her phone and stared at the screen. Finally! It was his message.

But when she opened it and read it, she nearly stopped breathing. She didn't know if he was joking or not. What was this?
