Back To The Ship

{Zoro's P.O.V}

He wants her to join?! I mean she did help us and all but she's a marine. Wait, being a marine everyone would think we kidnapped her and they wouldn't attack us. This could actually work.

"You really want me?" Yumi questions the captain. Luffy smiles at her and nods, "Ok! I'll join!"

Looks like we have another person on our crew and in such short time too, "Hey Yumi, as first order of business take a detour and distract Luffy so we can get the flag back on the boat. Yumi nods and stops in her tracks with Luffy. I head full speed ahead.

Once I'm with the others we start rushing to put the flag back up. The worst thing happens, Luffy starts running towards us. We hit Usopp onto the boat and he hits the pole. By the time Luffy makes it to us the flag has been restored.

He starts going on about how it was stolen. We finally convinced him that the person who told him that was lying. Thank god we didn't have to take a scolding from him.

We all aboard the ship and begin to set sail. Also everyone is introduced once again to our new member Yumi. Franky clearly doesn't like her, he probably doesn't trust her.

I didn't at first but she's a huge help and an advantage against the marines. Usopp and Chopper begin looking back at the ice. Another fight has been finished. Why do these things always take so long. Can't we have any peaceful visits?

"Sunny! Full speed ahead! Set course for the New World!" Luffy gives a toothy grin.

"Yeah!" We cheer as the boat begins moving. I look at Yumi and walk over towards her, "Are you sure you don't want to go home?"

"I wanna atleast say goodbye but I'll get a chance since I'm with you guys. You have over a 600 million bounty, so there's no doubt there'll be marines." Yumi says looking out into the horizon. I smirk, she's right the marines will be right at our tails.

{Yumi's P.O.V}

~Next Day~

Usopp, Chopper and Luffy are playing on swing that I never knew we had. I don't get what's so fun about flying into walls. Still it's good to see them happy. Sanji opens the door up and hands me a drink. I smile at him and he starts to do a weird movement.

"Oh Guys, try to catch me some octopus for dinner tonight." Sanji tells the men on the swing. They all begin to drool while talking about food.

They head over to the aquarium entrance and Chopper begins to grab octopuses but come out empty handed. Usopp jumps in with the weirdest costume ever and begins making octopuses fly out. I walk over to join the excitement.

"Woah! He's really good at this!" Luffy says happily, Chopper agrees with him.

"Is the water supposed to turn black?" I ask them, we all begin to freak out once Nami says Usopp is in trouble. Luffy tries to reach him while Chopper cries for Usopp not to die.

I use my wind powers to try to get the water clear while Luffy starts punching the water. Usopp comes flying out and lands on the deck with bumps all over his face. He begins yelling at Luffy.

Sanji comes back out and complains about why it's taking them so long to catch octopuses. We freeze when we here Zoro's voice on the speaker.

"There's something up ahead." He says, Luffy and I run to the front of the ship and spot a barrel. Usopp comes over and squints trying to read the writing.

"It says treasure on it." Usopp informs us. Chopper and Luffy begin jumping around happily while I bring it in. Once I place it on the deck everyone comes out to see what we're doing.

"That can't be gold, it's an offering for a sea God, so it has to be either food or booze." Nami tells us, Luffy gives a disappointed look while Franky and Zoro smile.

"There's nothing wrong about booze! Let's drink it." Zoro says walking towards the barrel.

"Oh! Let's make a toast!" Luffy adds in, everyone begins to get excited except for me. I can't drink booze, I'm underaged.

"Open it already!" Franky complains, Zoro opens it and a red flare shoots up into the sky. Is this a marking signal?

"Um, why did out booze explode?" Luffy questions us. How should we know? Sometimes I really can't believe he's the captain of the Straw Hats.

"It's probably a signal or something. Maybe if someone sees it they'll come looking for whoever launched it." Robin joins the conversation. Chopper begins to freak out.

"Chopper! Make sure we're not being followed!" Usopp commands, are they really believing this? I go and lie against a pole all this drama has got me tired.

"Wait! Guys get in positions! A huge storm is coming in five minutes!" Nami quickly informs everyone. Wait, a storm? I better take cover them or wait.

I've prevented storms before maybe I can do it this time too. I stare out in the horizon as everyone does they're job. Now that Nami had mentioned it, I do feel the storm coming.

Rain begins pouring down. Heh, nothing less you can expect from the grand line. The ships begins to tilt, Luffy, Chopper and I slid across the deck. I use my wind to make a safe landing for myself. I can't control this storm. The ship had to be atleast stable!

The sails go up, what are they doing? We're in a middle of a storm. Do they plan to just sit here? The boat suddenly starts moving really fast. Everyone cheers except which falls backwards. I'm fall into someone, I look up and it's Zoro. He really knows how to help someone in need.

"Thanks, I wasn't really expecting that." I tell him smiling while dusting myself off.

"No problem, you're a crew mate now. So you can expect this a lot." Zoro says smirking while heading to the crowd. I guess he's right on that one.
